The job entails a lot of travel, and some extended hours. Tetra pak does pay over time and their per diem is better than most places. Typical schedule is working two weeks then home for a weekend, which does not give much time at home. The job has been great as a recent college graduate cause I have been able to save on rent and other living expenses.

I've learned being passionate and driven is taken advantage at Tetra Pak, in the words of my late supervisor,  "why are my best workers leaving." 

Dangling promises to get more production out of employees is a toxic culture that hopefully dies out soon. 

I've learned great in house skills for both flexo and off-set, hoping some translate well to my next adventure. 

Tetra Pak had a very rich and open management system. Open door policy, reward and benefit system is the main motivational factors besides a helpful and rewarding management style. There are no Managers but colleagues and facilitators who help you in shaping your personality and pave way for your career growth.

A multinational company making flexible paper packing for juices, milks, etc. Well managed, you are well paid. A very high brand name. They send you for training to Sweden and Switzerland. Overall a good place to work.

Review daily production reports. 
Analyze the downtime and daily machine performancfe. 
Plan for attacking the major downtime equipement, affecting the performance.

I have fond memories of my time with Tetra Pak.  You worked hard but they really treated people well and rewarded them with many perks outside of a decent salary.  Working there really felt like you were part of a large international family.

There is an amiable culture and very good laid down structure however, there isn't adequate follow through to ensure that these structure is being upheld.

The work is stressful some days but the pay and benefits are good.
The environment is friendly and everyone is willing to help.
They have a lot of processes and sometimes that makes it difficult to work.
