Situation got changed as business flows and had fell down with 6 operators step out from my team in short time and have had to run with smallest team with same pressure of work and same expectation across the rest of the shift.

Another challenge came up with new, fresh supervisor took charge of my shift where him self was totally fresh to the environment.

Addition to this, received fill up of manpower of new candidates, very fresh and beginner at the job roll

All of this I stand with my esteem experience, full of confidence and ability to handle any situation at any given time to comply within time frame.

All above these factor make me succeed and proven myself as a strongest Team Leader with strongest team across the shifts.

where I was well supported by my manager and this is the reason he awarded me Person in charge in absence of supervisor where in other word I can say its supervisor-in-charge.

And at the end of the year 2014, as a result, I have received exceeding expectation rating for one more year from the company.

Round the year at every single day each moment was being challenging to deal with and which is very interesting part for me where i love to jump in any given challenge to show my ability

This company is still in the dark ages. Double Standards and a total lack of commitment to fix unfair practices. Employee jobs are graded i.e. entry level position is a grade 2...they would think nothing of having a grade 2 fill in for a grade 5 or 8 and not compensate them monetarily for their work. I took me five years to get them to review my job description.  I was a grade 3 who wrote equipment set up guides, updated and generated SOPS, Equipment Manuals and Work instructions.  Revised all their "Pet Training Project," materials as the training department (Grade 8) who had generate the training assessments generate a pile of documents that were full of errors and truly a pile of worthless paper. And still they refused to acknowledge my contribution to the position was above and beyond what they were paying for. 
Seriously if you are looking for a great career this is not the company to join. They lose great talent on a constant basis. The talent they need to get rid of is still there making everyone's life extremely difficult.

The work culture and balance between pressure and the need to stay sane are pretty good. People all get together very well and there is not as much of the less tasty personal competitive culture that I heard exists at other companies. People are more willing to help pull you through and make you succeed in your job. Unfortunately the management style and manufacturing culture is not very mature and progressive. The hardest part of my job on a daily basis is dealing with the culture of trying to get the same work done with 60% less people, while that work is not always required and not always done in a effective and efficient way. Times have changed and the way we work have not kept pace. The most enjoyable part is the shared moments of humor and optimism despite the hard times.

Writing
The workplace environment is highly unbalanced and needs serious improvement. There is a clear issue with understaffing, which results in excessive workload on existing employees. Despite the increased responsibilities, the compensation is not competitive, with no increments or financial recognition for the extra effort.
Additionally, there are no visible opportunities for promotion or career growth, making it difficult for employees to feel motivated or valued. Work is not assigned based on an individual’s education, skills, or experience, which leads to inefficiency and dissatisfaction.
Overall, the organization lacks proper workforce planning and employee management. Improvements are needed in staffing, fair compensation, workload distribution, and career development to create a more sustainable and professional work environment.

Teva will be a great opportunity for new hires as the company rebuilds itself globally. Currently, Teva is reorganizing and downsizing driven by well publicized financial incentives. This was the biggest small company I have ever worked for. They were the largest generic company in the world, and the 7th largest drug company overall, but still applied "small company" strategies, thinking and outlook to their daily operations. The current global CEO seems to have the required in-depth insights, experience, and strength required to re-establish Teva to a more solid financial foundation.

Work is made simple by providing all necessary inputs to carry out the job at hand. Next job is planned in advance to avoid any hassle for the next day. Learned to use effectively SOPs, T&Qs, Monographs and Test Methods, instruments such as pH meter, UV spectrophotometer, FTIR, and Dissolution apparatus. The management is keen on productivity coupled with individual development and spend enough time and resources to achieve these goals. All the co-workers are very helpful and see to it that the fellow worker is able to work with ease and comfort. The most difficult part is to find a fault with the system and that is the most enjoyable part of the job.

After more than 16 years of wide-ranging experience in Quality Compliance, due to outsourcing, I am facing new challenges and seeking new opportunities. 
 I am self-motivated, highly analytical thinker and a good team player.
Consequently, as a data reviewer, not only had I had the opportunity to work closely with all the chemists but also with my manager.
 I enjoyed working very much and the fact that I had a good professional rapport with everybody, the last day at Teva was, by far, the most difficult day of my career.
Working under pressure and facing aggressive deadlines was nothing compared to the farewell.

This company is one of the best company  to work for once you'er educated...because of my ability to interact with people from different groups my work was very manageable, we had a good team in our department...  working with the sales rep was great for me  as I tried to help them as much as I was able to  because they  were the once out their working hard to bring the sales  for this company  I solve their problem as much as I can...and  that brought me joy...

Well actually, I am not working at TEVA anymore, You may have heard there have been quite a few changes in the industry, My company had a hard time keeping up with the competition and unfortunately had to make some staffing changes that impacted my role along with +100 others. You know, I really had a great 10 years with them and look at this as an opportunity to find a new challenge where I can leverage the experience I've gained

•	Responsible for transportation study for up to 200 drugs
•	Made decisions on testing population and the scope of reports, applied bracketing design
•	Coordinated test timelines between two teams in order to get results on time.
•	Planned test execution timeline, and created protocols
•	Created evaluation reports of product stability employing regression analysis
•	Monitored overall program execution and prepared senior management status summaries
