No organization in the Packaging Department at the Toronto site.

No proper training. Workers just read SOPs, acknowledge that you have understood them, and then, without practical/on-the-floor training, you’re considered to be fully trained. It is the responsibility of the operator to complete SOPs and training, but if management needs you in a room/station you’re not trained in, you’re going to work in that area regardless.

English is NOT the first language at the Toronto site. People speak in their own native languages primarily, so communication is constantly an issue. 

Awful work culture within all three shifts. Poor communication and lack of respect throughout the department. People may be trained to do all aspects of the job, but are unwilling to do certain activities simply because they don’t want to.

Very cheap pharmaceutical company. Only willing to pay operators 2-3 dollars above minimum wage, while increasing the amount of responsibility, expectation, and work overall. Performance-based raises here are insignificant. A couple cents for a raise every year. 
The salary is not worth the work. 

There is no job advancement from this position, unless you’re willing to work 10+ years at nearly minimum wage.

Do not recommend.

Challenges. Team. Cooperation. Trainings. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
You might have sometime lots of calls and orders.  Always everything is urgent -) but that's  only as a challenge for me personnally

that's good. mostly nice people

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
emails.fax.orders.meetings.calls. dealing with complaints.

Do not leave your current job even if Teva is offering a very attractive wage or salary.
There are reasons that they offer higher wages or salaries than the regular market:
Interview and hiring process depends on position and will take from two to four months. 
There are too many workplace restrictions that will affect any worker's performance.
There is no room for promotion.

You have to work 8 hours a shift in this company without having time for even blinking but you get paid 18$ per hour, it’s not fair and each year they increase your salary by 25 cents per hour. It’s a highly regulated workplace and there’s zero to no room for error and so much physical work but in return you get almost nothing. 

I would certainly recommend anyone to apply and work at Teva pharmaceutical company. Some of my family members have been with this company for well over 30 years! And whilst few have moved on,the rest of us continue to support and work with this wonderful company ! Great benefits with both staff and business ! I’m actually excited to return in near future!

Nice workplace culture, with some really good people. Everyone is friendly. Generous benefits except for vacation time which is minimal. 
Things move slowly partly due to some old school mentalities but mostly due to the highly regulated nature of the industry.

Excellent experience so far.  I entered this company with no pharmaceutical experience and have learned so much in the past 6 months that I can take forward with me.  Management is so understanding and genuine.  Definitely something I've never been used to but glad to see exists.

Good place to work for beginners and get work experience. Opportunities for growth. Fixed shift structure depend upon seniority, but a junior employee with medical shift accommodation note can destroy some one's seniority and senior will end up in night shift. Management don't know how to deal with it other than put seniors in trouble.

Teva is pharmaceutical organization and i was working over there as a assistant manufacture & ware house assistant  
i was learn lot of training including WHIMS, work place safety and environment, OHS and fir AED including emergency situations, lifting of heavy objects but it is contract job :)
so i have to leave after onwards

Arrive at a supplier location anywhere in the world. Review the documentation and practices to confirm compliance to regulation, Teva policies and the companies SOP. Provide a written report.
