The hardest part would be when something would go wrong and the team is service mode and there is no immediate fix and you have to maintain your calm and find a solution while still continuing with the other normal tasks. You learn to develop a sense of belonging and what you get out of the experience is what you put into it. I learned to respect norms; timelines, and how to take moments when you can to have fun. A work day started at 07h00 but the restaurant opened at 11h00 and it was just a great rush to predict the flow of the clientele. The most enjoyable thing I find is when a client payed us a compliment, it was like a rose amongst thorns so to speak.

good as a starter job. Very fast paced and busy. Management there was very poor. Tips were a great source of income as well. It was very stressful and it didn't offer a place for growth in the industry.

The founders were amazing individuals with an eye for quality. The development phase was an amazing experience. But since bought out the concept seems to have slipped, since the new owner also owns ThaiExpress.

I worked with 2 different owners and it finished bankrupt, so I guess that’s says a lot. It was fun while it lasted, the job itself was great just not a great business location I guess.

Boss is bad at his job and doesn’t care about employees, underpaid and overworked. The staff is all children and won’t do their job correctly and keep everything a mess.
