Management is horrible, the very cliquish company overall! Everyone gossips and constantly causes disruptions throughout. There is no clear understanding of what most positions are there to do. People are mistreated if they aren't a part of the clique—some great staff Specific management is worse —no job security. No growth is available at this place either.



Difficult environment, high expectations & poor upper management, alarming overturn and burnout. Toxic environment. If you’re looking for support/appreciation this isn’t the workplace


Feel bad for the kids who are receiving care from here. Its a bunch of kids taking care of kids.  Beware, if you give a feedback it will reflect negatively on your Performance evaluation. Ower is never interested to know whats going on. If you are just looking for a job, then this may be the place but if you care for clients then don't even bother applying at this place.

This company is built on toxicity, lack of respect towards the employees.. especially to those who have served long years of service. For someone who has been with the company for a long time, management and owner do not value their staff but treat them poorly. Management always thinks and sees themselves to be right

Good luck to the next BT staff for The Behaviour Company in Caledon. management will know more than u. your welcome will be short lived. Management will do what ever they can to make your day harder. The treatment of clients is disturbing.your alone.your takin advantage of. You should find work elsewhere.

Hard but very fulfilling. I love my job but couldn't tolerate any more rude behaviors fromHR, and biased treatment.
I have worked with supervisors who have no empathy and compassion for clients and employees.



This job has been a perfect learning experience for myself in this field. I have learned how to work with the client and also how to work with my co-workers. This has been a very happy engaged relaxed setting for everyone and coming to work everyday is enjoyable because everyday is a new day. 

This is the worst organization I have ever worked for.
Management treats you like you like dirt.
Supervisors and managers hide and gossip. They do not support staff. They won't even pick up the phone if it's ringing and you're busy.

I would stay away



This place is just dangerous for your mental health. There are associates that run this building and you better hope that they like you because if they don't, you may as well just leave because you will never stand a chance of surviving in this workplace.

This company is probably one of the most unprofessional cliquish companies in the industry.

If you don’t fit their mold or idea of a robot BT who won’t speak up and fight for what’s right, they will find a way to get rid of you.
