It's been almost 6 years here at TBC and it's been a wonderful place to work!  Management are always motivating and helpful and there are always opportunities to grow.  Yes, it does get crazy at times but you have to stay self motivated, driven and focused (That's how you really succeed)!  Fellow co-workers are friendly and professional. The best part of this job is relationship building with clients and helping individuals find meaningful work.  I look forward to growing TBC and my future here!

Good management that allows for growth and sets a clear and achievable progression in your career path. The work can be a little hectic at times but that is all part of the recruitment process. We are trained to learn every aspects of the job, which creates well rounded team members. Targets are achievable, setting you up for success. It's great being part of company that grows and and gives the right tools to its employees to grow with it.

There isn't a best part of working for best connection they don't care about you as a person only the employer 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Not getting any back up from best connection when  you need it regardless of how many years you have worked for them 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Terrible to work for they used to be very good several years ago 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
I know longer work for best connection and never will again

Wouldn't waste your energy for either agency or wincanton. Had to leave site and because the shift manager first language wasn't English there was miscommunication problem ( he didn't understand what I was saying) so they cancelled my contract, even tho I followed company policies when leaving site. I do then woke the next day to a text saying they've cancelled my contract. They are both unprofessional best connection even more so, they keep advertising for the same positions on indeed.

As a temp worker, you do get to choose how much you work (which is a huge benefit), but the availability of work is not always guaranteed. Great for students looking to earn some extra cash around the holidays (paid weekly).

People are more friendly and treated every person with respect. more diversity. Good management. My boss is always availble to answer my calls.

In the last 3 years of working for this company, I have learned an immense amount of skills and gained valuable experience that helps me progress within my role here at The Best Connection. Staff here are very friendly, helpful, nice and attentive. The work culture at The Best Connection is wonderful and I cannot see myself anywhere else but here. 

I enjoy working as a handballer but when I work in a factory I feel the lack of respect and care from the staff unless they are the same nationality as me or other. You can tell that foreign people are treated differently and there is slight hate from some workers as they feel offended because they don't know the language.

Working at The Best Connection is a great experience.

The job of a recruitment consultant is what you make of it and I've learned a lot during my time in the position so far. If you're proactive and have a plan for what you have to do everyday then you have what it takes to succeed, as managing your time is a huge part of the job. 

They come off as a nice and good company, they say they’ll keep you updated but don’t bother telling you what’s actually going on, they said that me being out work affects them just as much as it does me but they’re still getting paid?
