The corporate management teams are all subservient dread lords that would not give you the time of day if you asked for it slowly moving with no chance of moving up or learning from them.

There is no leadership or guided direction they offer mentor ship opportunity but with very little coaching they look for entry level individuals that have supervisor level or upper management level of experience to fill there ranks. 

you run into the issue that if you don't have experience previously in management you cannot move up. Pay is comprehensively unfair with essentially blanketed year over year 2.5% increase for hourly staff severely stunting your personal growth and career growth potential.

The hourly team members however make this work place bearable they are really fantastic to work with in the Calgary DC and they are more than helpful.

management is lazy and dont offer help when needed. 
no room for growth unless someone quits, 
the senior delegates all tasks to 1 person instead of offering the task to someone who has worked hard to do it. 
the delivery drivers on this team act as if the fleet support are their servants and only get paid to service them. 
the customers of the brick are rude as there are many issues with the customer service in stores (sales people) and many issues with damaged product. So the customers are often upset when we speak with them. 
when problems arise the management team does not know how to work together to solve it. They move around each other and butt heads like something iv never seen before.

Physically demanding job with pay that is below average for Alberta. Employees are expected to consistently handle and move very heavy items, making shifts exhausting and difficult to sustain long-term.

The performance system is poorly implemented and has had a particularly negative impact on shipping roles. It creates pressure without offering meaningful rewards, recognition, or fair compensation for meeting or exceeding targets. As a result, morale is low, and the system feels more punitive than motivating. Expectations continue to increase, but support and incentives do not keep pace.

The best way to start my work day is to have the proper mindset.My shift can be eight hours or less.Some days,I'll work overtime to help out my department.Each day,I learn something new from my department management team and fellow co-workers.Lifting heavy products is the hardest part of my job.I do ask for help for lifting extremely heavy merchandise.The most enjoyable part of the job is getting support and inspiration from my co-worker.It makes my day runs smoothly.

.every day was the same but thanks to my coworkers  after a while the job did not feel like work it just felt like my normal everyday routine.
.i learned a lot at the job mostly i learned about work management.
.work place culture was kind of basic for me because ive done a type of job like that before.
.hardest put about the job was when we had orders that were compromised damaged or but in the wrong places.
.the most enjoyable part of the job was the team work we had is was always loughter at work.

The only thing that made my job enjoyable was the people. The role is your standard labour intensive or operating machines. You get paid typical hourly rate. Yearly raises are literal dimes or quarters.  Management can be all over the place - I found there were was unnecessary amount of team leads, supervisors and managers for each department. Hours can be morning, afternoon or evening with weekend work.

Cruel workplace advertised as (commission based pay) so your day is based how fast you work and days are generally **8 hours**  or less 5 days a week however typically it was 11-12 hours per day of constant running and sweating 5 days a week for the same pay. No respect from management to employees. Shame on you

We work hard, but make sure we have fun at the same time.  
Management is very understanding when it’s comes to needing to call in.  
Also, management is very quick to answer any questions you may have and very easygoing.  
Machine training is offered in house. 
Crew members are some of the friendliest you will meet.

The company just doesn't even have the reputation to it that's necessary. A below-average, very low profile industry that even for an illiterate candidate can flatter and get a way out of its kitschy nonsense.

The people there are friendly.
A typical day of work is more relaxed rather than fast-paced
I learned some warehouse safety rules and regulations and I also learned some higher level skills
The Management is Bad
The hardest part of the job is the Lifting
The most enjoyable part of the job should be the workers who are fun to work  with
