•Call Centre is poorly managed.
•Family and good friend(s) run the business.
•Customer Service Manager lacks the skill sets required for her role.
•Lack of sufficient training. 
•Lack of any good processes that has resulted in a ton of administrative waste forcing ppl to work harder NOT smarter.
•New customer integrated system with a new program was just being implemented in order to provided more business insight and real time delivery data. So, they're improving operations in some area's.

I left due to the call centre mgr's lack of emotional control under pressure and leadership traits. I didn't believe much would change had I stayed on.

I was offered a better opportunity 3 days after leaving.

This could be a really great place to work, if someone cared enough to make the right changes with in the call centre.


Great work environment for those looking for labour work without education, plenty of advancement opportunities & plenty practical skills to be learned on the job. Gets dirty occasionally & it is heavy work but the tips & pay are worth the work. Management at the London site is top notch with a cast of excellent coworkers to learn from & befriend. Plenty of laughs to have on the job with loads to see & do while working. Your schedule is set by you & you can take breaks whenever you like so long as you complete your orders. All in all a great place to work for good money & have a fun working life.

Your raise is based off the entire sites performance, and they come very rarely even during the best of times or when taking on extra responsibilities. Teppermans pushes loads so most weeks are 5 12-14 hour shifts. Honestly the job would be much better as a 4 day work week. You’ve got cameras watching your every move inside the cab and managers will watch with the live stream set up for it so not the best for privacy however it can help on the very rare chance that someone crashed into you. 

What is the best part of working at the company?
On the road. Working outside. Dealing with weather. Meeting new people. Good co workers. Working in the warehouse. Company representative didn't safety too seriously. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Driving in the winter, in the mountains, with bald steer tires.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Mostly good. No complaints. Always something to do, if you like to keep busy. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Start early, work hard. Done early.

These are some of the most Arrogant people I have ever met,  The original emails and phone calls was promising,  but after meeting with the owners,  my positive outlook changed.  No people skills,  no common sense.   Came into the site,  didnt make introductions.  Just took over like they were the kings of delivery when in Fact the scores are very low and after seeing how they operate I know why the scores are so low.  The 
most enjoyable part of this job is will be when I leave

The job is in-bound customer service, so be prepared that majority of the calls will be complaints (that is the nature of customer service). 
Not many staff stay due to the customer calls, must have tough skin to work there. 
Customer service manager was not professional and quite rude to staff. Making the environment very dry and depressing. 


Check out their Google reviews before applying. I notice they try very hard to cover all their wrong doing. Very unorganized and lack morals. I worked here for under a year and when i left, I went to a great job with great pay and great management.   Been at recent job for 4 years and counting.  This company will not recognize talent and I have witnessed them treat employees poorly.

Owner doesnt care, they should pay drivers who can do the job properly and without damages atleast $25 or your always gona get the low end and maby a few lucky people who are good workers but dont know there worth. Do not recommend.

Not stressful. But the job is a bit monotonous.

It’s a great environment to work in.

Our group is an excellent organization to work for and management is flexible we do know the guys that work there are helpful and knowledgeable and willing to assist you at any time people working from home as possible because they want to ensure that the risk of covid-19
