It was a rush evening on 31/12/2015 the weather was blossoming it was a long but a fabulous day families kids and  couples all together celebrating suddenly a young emirate guy who was  also dinning in our restaurant on a large party of 11 fell down managers supervisors servers host and every staff together offered to help in one way or the other we hosts hard to make sure that all our guest remain calm until the ambulance arrived while at the same time we hard to control the front desk because we had a waiting list of about 340 guest waiting we had first had to remain calm because every eye around was counting on us to make the feel at home welcomed and calm i admire the teamwork i saw and i learned that unity is strength it was not long ago before the ambulance arrived they examine the guy and found that he had been skipping his medicine for a disease he was suffering from they took him with them and the situation went back to normal... the hardest part of our job is to get all the guest in town which we are pretty good at and the most enjoyable part of my job is getting the opportunity to speak to different types of people getting to know different cultures

I don't go to work expecting to enjoy it so it's just a typical cleaning job so nothing special. Hours can just vary and change whenever the managers feel like even if you're considered a full-time employee and I went from 30 hours a week to about 4 on average and it even went to 0 hours at one point. None of my suggestions to make work go more smoothly are taken seriously. The only nice thing about working here has nothing to do with the company: the co-workers. Not only is working here pretty toxic but being a customer is just as bad if not worse! You'd usually wait 1 hour or more on a busy day just for a table to have pretty disappointing and overpriced food and don't expect any meaningful responses if you leave a bad review as you will be met with an automated message about how they're sorry but in the end they will not change. 

Absolutely deplorable do not eat here and do not work here.

Honestly? When I first got accepted to be a part of the team I was ecstatic. But after being treated like trash by the guests, managers and some employees? No thank you. You'd think that once you're sick and puking everywhere that a restaurant would want you to go home but not @ cheesecake! A typical day at cheesecake involves guest complaints, managers yelling and select favouritism. Cheesecake rocks am I right???? The money is definitely decent but honestly after dealing with all of that your mental health begins to suffer. I definitely feel as though I need therapy after working there.

Highly stressful work environment. Hosts get the brunt of the blow from server, managers, busters, etc. No tip out, meaning that you're working solely based on hourly salary, which does not compensate for what you will have to put up with. Rude customers, busy to the point where you can't even do your job because there's too many guests in the restaurant. If you're a server or food runner, I would most likely recommend this place because the tips are good and the higher your position the better your experience with customers will be. If you're thinking of applying for any position besides those, I wouldn't bother. You'll be miserable within the week. 

The managers provided less support for staff.  It was more of do what we want and we don't care how you feel. There were more people of same backgrounds at the back which made it difficult to survive if you are of different race as hostility was real. 
Good thing I liked was how I learnt alot of recipes. 
Bad thing Is you are trained just 2 weeks or even less to learn their encyclopedia menu so be ready for anxiety and therapy. 

Loved working here due to their strong belief in corporate culture and rigorous training. However despite the push for productivity, the boundaries set by corporate have only flustered employees even more, as the work load is too much for management to handle, and the incoming complaints and suggestions by employees are stumped at a brick wall. The benefits for full timers is great, as well as the restaurant discounts.

the workplace is fast pace for a few days and you might feel some kind of pressure but it will feel fine after your training. 
managers are understanding and they will give you shift according to your set schedule. they are very helpful and understanding.
there are times when they might be short staff and they might need you to stay a bit longer than usual but it does not happen all the time.

There is an amazing group of staff and I adore them. However, the GM is incompetent and never to be seen unless he is yelling or in a panic and verbally bashing staff members behind their backs. Some of the managers are great and supportive but most are incompetent and don’t have your back. There are a ton of out of date rules to follow, like how to wear your hair and don’t show your ankles. The clientele is the worst I’ve ever had the misfortune to serve. If you’re looking to make good money, don’t waste your time.

Love this restaurant so much, it’s management, it’s culture, is amazing. Feels like one big happy family ! There is no easy hospitality job, something always happens or goes wrong, but the Cheesecake Factory really aims to help their employees and support them as much as they can, as long as you’re a fair and hard working individual, there is no problem. Fair benefit plans are offered with a minimum of 25 hours worked a week after 6 months with the company. 

Management picks favourites. Too busy with drama amongst staff to do anything else. If management doesn't like you, expect to get the worst shifts. Benefits kick in after a year of full-time employment. VERY busy and fast paced majority of the time which guarantees good tips. Food is great though so not many complaints from guests. Kitchen staff is very on top of their game so it makes serving a lot easier.
