Day to Day work requires thoughtful planing however the family group gives each person control how they accomplish the work. They are constantly focusing on how to improve the customers experience and that means the customers have come to expect top notch work ethic when onsite cleaning the equipment or merchandising the products. For a family business they are really focused on professionalism as they serve some of the biggest companies in throughout Alberta. The hardest part of the job for me was getting paper work complete but they have moved to an app based system called Jobber. Clients have come to expect excellence and are really friendly as they are genuinely pleased. It is an easy job to do and the best part is the ability to enjoy amazing coffees and learn of all the latest innovations when it comes to coffee equipment as they have over 30 manufacturers that they work with. Clients with Super Automatic Espresso Machines down to simple grinders and french presses. I have never made bonuses working at other coffee companies and this company pays great for getting new or additional business.

I actually liked the job, the clients were great, and the work could be pretty fun. But the communication from management, HR, and the owners was terrible. Expectations changed constantly, priorities conflicted, and any time I tried to get clarity, I’d get vague answers or snapped at. The workload was unrealistic for the hours we had, and new rules were thrown at us that made no sense. I also reported a service airbag warning in my truck the entire time I worked there, and they never cared to fix it. There were also no raises because it “wasn’t in the budget,” even as expectations kept increasing. On top of that, management showed zero accountability or conflict resolution skills, which made dealing with issues impossible.  The job itself wasn’t the problem; it was the disorganized leadership, lack of consistency, and complete absence of basic communication or support.

Working here was a great experience. The workplace has a vibrant atmosphere where people take pride in what they do. As a family-run business, there’s a strong sense of teamwork and a shared focus on growth and improvement.

The leadership team is approachable and supportive, and they genuinely value employees who are attentive, willing to learn, and committed to doing their best. Hard work doesn’t go unnoticed here.

What stood out most was the collaboration between departments—especially on busy days when teams are quick to step in and help each other manage the workload. Overall, it’s a positive environment for anyone looking to learn, grow, and contribute to a team-oriented workplace.

Wasn't really aware of what coffee services do when I started,  I was totally surprised with the detail that goes into delivery, cleaning and service coffee machines for clients.  Base pay was fair and if you got new business there was commission bigger than anywhere else I've worked. They had great drop off pamphlets and door hangers so really passive selling tools that help me earn an additional 300-500 per pay cheque.  Management is very flexible and you basically can take time off whenever you need it, I had more that 3 weeks in my first years. 

I started with the company in 2020. This company is a great place to work. They are locally owned and family oriented. They been around for over 40 years. I have learned a lot from my boss and co-workers. I have moved up in the company within 2 years. 
The pay is great and you do not have to work weekends and if you need time off they will give you days off. I would recommend this job for anyone.

Great fun place to work.

The typically day at work will keep busy and on the go, from loading your truck, delivering products and cleaning coffee machines.  They are always willing to show you how to clean each different machine and they provide a 2 week hands on training to allow you understand your role, so you don’t feel like you have been thrown to the wolves.  The people are very understanding and willing to help when needed.  The employers are always willing listen to your opinions and concerns 

Worst place I’ve ever worked They don’t train staff properly. No benefits except free coffee. They expect way too much for way too little. Worst place I’ve worked in years. The Edmonton location is hiring constantly because nobody stays. I was horrified about the things they expected from me. I was using chemicals to clean and sanitize they expected me to buy my own gloves and many other things. I was cleaning coffee machines not in the job I was hired for. It was not fun at all. I quit after I made connections with customers and applied for jobs that way. Awful company in my experience.

Poor management, no benefits, no breaks and told to finish work with no breaks. No professionalism, supervisors gossip your work with coworkers

Poisonous n unpleasant very rude

This company does not keep people after 2 years of employment which makes there customers upset after you start having a good relationship with your clients. You can work your hardest for no thanks. Family business. This job is all customers service but unfortunately you can only do so much when you have no help from management.

Going into client buildings and checking the machines so they are in good functioning order, placing coffee orders, cleaning dirty machines.
The enjoyable part was planning my schedule to my liking.
