TYPICAL DAY AT WORK :each and every single day was a bliss , our floor managers and supervisors built a family with our team ,and represent the company with love. WHAT I LEARNED how to communicate with people, making sure dead line is met ,communication skills business management and how I could build my own strong team one day. everyone had mutual respect with one another, no one was bossy or had any judgment's with others believes but to embrace the company and self-confidents .Hardest part of the job was closing the store which is called racking up.

it was okay working with cotton on. very good to boost your work experience. management was not good at the time. the manager working for cotton on kids at the time was not present at work as she was having personal problems which lead to her not being at work almost the whole period i was there so all management was put onto a co worker. hardest part of the job was handing the cashier the training for that was very poor.

Take your workers seriously, you can't skip them and hire someone outside than promoting them, your managers are very vile they don't do much but get paid much also, they sabotages consultants all the time

The work is good and the 50% discount almost makes it worth it but then with the way higher management treat their staff it definitely has me considering looking for a new job where i am respected. 
The stores can't even keep a manager for longer than 5 months and I think that says a lot about its regional managers. 

Supre wasnt what I expected when I took the job I got offered. I did not receive a contract, and that is why I ended up leaving Supre. The managment was a shambles there. The co-workers on the other hand were great people to work with and made the environment better. The music made the atmosphere upbeat and the bonuses we got from work were even better. 

Better to work at a smaller store than a Mega it’s more friendly and less intense. Regional managers but lot of pressure on managers and some them will take it out in you. Can be very stressful to work during peak and they can go to extreme lengths and put you in risky situations to avoid people stealing things but refuse to get security at a busy mega city store.

My last drawn salary was SGD2600. I loved to work in cotton on no matter Malaysia and Singapore. My higher managers were very supportive. Due to some personal issues with my husband, I tendered 24hrs resignation after 9 years of experience in cotton on and now I’m missing to work in cotton on. Cotton on was my everything. Really enjoyed in there.

I really enjoyed working for this company i learned a lot about, i would love to work here again, also it was exciting fun place to work i did a lot of stocking and sales which i really enjoyed. Also meeting many different people and used my social skills here the best

Its probably different now but when I worked there things started changing with new management workload became more people became less alot of strong people. Were taken out of the store hours were cut money was not enough anymore

Fun working with the team!

A typical day at work would be a lot of interacting with parents of young children and having a lot of fun with team. Everyone felt like family.
