First and foremost, there is a lot of disrespect from temps towards the full time workers; especially if they are new and trying to improve the work culture. They are so fixated with their own ways of doing things that management doesn’t do a thing even if you complained. Work is stressful and the benefit doesn’t back it up. You have no room for advancement plus the hierarchy is all messed up. You will find too many people in-charge of what you do and you end up doing not 1 but 2 more jobs. The level of disrespect is out of this world and the fights between people are never ending. Political and if you are not part of the majority culture, you are going to find yourself banging your head on the wall.

Great products, single or limited ingredients, North American sourced.  Clean environment, hands on opportunity to learn the business.   Down side is it is a family run business with lots of internal drama, personality clashes and politics.   Very stressful environment.  Staff turnover is frequent for a reason!

 if you need to work then this is a place to work but yes a company you can definitely work harder on caring about complains made my people that are uncomfortable regardless of gender. 

It is a typical factory environment. You have to be fast and quick about everything. Time does go pass by quickly as you are always busy. This will be good for those who are looking for a higher paying job but don't want to commit to full-time hours.

Nice working environment. I did mostly night shifts .alomost all the workers were help..it manufactured dog food ..in night shifts staff is less as compared to day shift environment there is very warm . I worked mosty inside the oven.

They do not respect the workers and partiality is very high.

Do not pay well and burden u with all the work 
Employees are harassed after complaining as well nothing is done

I like to work there even with a lower pay but great manager and human resources that reasonable and understand people. the boss are very nice and very friendly.

A great family business awsome ppl love their products especially sweet potato chews my pup loves them also there beef tendersticks aee awsome my pup goes nuts for them

It was a good experience as I learnt a lot and I also have put my efforts in companies work. Company is good and paid my salary on time. As the location of work was far from my home therefore I had quit the job.

the company overall was good. the supervisor was not that great. the management was good. they listened to the problems of the people. they only listened to some problems.
