What is the best part of working at the company?
The best part of working at the company is that they're very strict regarding being on time. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
During my time there, there were daily problems regarding the machine because they were fixed with a piece of tape. Meaning they would fix the problem temporarily instead of trying to fix it permanently because they're so focused on production. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
The work environment needs to be improved. Due to people being bored with their jobs, people tend to get overly involved in the lives of people who have nothing to do with them and spread false rumors. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
A typical day at the company is inconsistent workload and stressful fixes.

Pros:
- Accommodating work environment
- Mostly Invested in creative development
- Very unique day-to-day, heavy developmental focus
- You will always have something new to do if 
  you work in a creative role
- People are generally very nice
- Free food occasionally
- You're making people happy, maybe 70% of the time
- You will learn a lot
- Your ideas get implemented with very fair design/input criticism
- Inclusive workspace
- Work culture is actually pretty good for the most part

Cons:
- Management is a fragmented disaster
- Shameless logistical practices
- Negative press/news not taken seriously
- No room for growth
- poor working conditions
- Real lack of drive anywhere
- Poor upper managerial decision making

This is a very sad and disheartening job.
When you start you think you are going to create lovely flower arrangements and gift baskets for customers.
The reality is that you get poor products (flowers,produce,wines and snack foods) to arrange. What is asked for by the customer is not available or there is a poor substitute available .
The customer does not get what they ordered, and paid a lot of money for!

The people and management there are great, really nice, easy to talk to and a great environment overall. The people who work overseas, not so much.

Work environment is extremely cold in the winter time. That combined with the workload during holiday times, I'd say its not worth the minimum wage you make.

Additionally, the company has some incredibly poor policies surrounding their refunds - although they do offer some warning to be fair. 


Me Team lead was a bully and you'd swear she owned the company. She would say this like "I don't know what they would do without me around here!" she was filled with gossip and bad mouth other staff in front of other staff.. She was wrong on so many occasions of so many things and you had to literally argue with her to get your point through. When she realized you were correct she'd just roll her eyes wave her hands and walk away. Very unfortunate. But it's a nice place to work if u can stand all day.

What is the best part of working at the company?
Is was like a second home I felt like when I was there we were a big happy family.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The most stressful part was that I had my son, his girl and my grandson living with me so it was hard.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Family- business home atmosphere

Steady working find items on the order

Great place to work if you feel like you wanna hang yourself on a regular basis. Unfulfilled promises, being talked to like you're a two year old, no respect, drama every time you come into work, written up for absolutely no good reason, running around like a chicken with its head cut off, rules changing daily. 

They never paid all money owed
Terrible the way  as a temp i was talked to...even if u do a good job or even just a decent job they get rid of everyone ...after complaining how short staffed they r....if they like u...u can do no wrong 

Working at the gift was okay for me and i sure enjoyed working with them.
If their is another job opportunity at the organization in the nearest future, i will still consider going back to work with them.

It's a good job for anyone who needs a reliable workplace to keep paying your bills and for the most part the job is low-key and you're left alone. But there's no benefits and basically no opportunity for upward movement
