Pros
People, location, salaries, hours, work / life blance, free lunches, half day Fridays. Profit sharing, RRSP matching, TMS days, Yoga.

Cons
Too many managers, not enough clients, no new clients, chaos. Unhappy employees, Not enough delegation and training for junior staff.

I was in the IT department for over 10 years at their Toronto office. It was great. 5 min walk from the CNE, and we even had a patio on the roof!

Alas, they lost their major Toronto client, and the office had to close. I miss it.

Contracts are extended via e-mail. Management conveniently loses your records when it's time to discuss an issue. No room for progress unless you plan on having friendships with people in management.

Business was closed after losing it's major client - the Chicago office took the product to the Chicago office to supplement their revenue after losing foothold on their major client (McDonalds).

I was working at TMS for a while and saw it in the bloom and then in the downfall. Once it was a great company to work in. Then changes n management affected the company culture and the way work was done there.

The company is great to work for. Management staff are very encouraging and constantly motivating employees to do better. Mosaic was a great company and will be truly missed.

forced inbound calls made the job seem less ideal. Team events and recreation were implemented to circumvent bland nature of work. Great staff and good environment.

I had a great time working at The Marketing Store. The culture is very relaxed and the monthy potluck lunches were amazing.

Like most agencies, a fast paced place, with a combo of  great fun and hard work. Friday lunches, Summer hours, summer & Christmas parties. Over dependent on one big client.
