- Customer complaints are fielded by either being completely ignored or the managers saying the customers are wrong to their faces.
- If there is a serious problem in the workplace such as harassment or anything of the like management does not handle it or makes it worse.
- Extremely unsafe place to work for those with self-respect.
- Employee complaints are considered just as important as customer complaints (meaning not at all).

The management always take things to a personal level and expect you to do the impossible. If u work in the back house u barely get any tips. Management wouldn’t care for employees and customers complaints. Honestly the only thing that made me go back to work was the free meal I’d get every shift.

In my time at Mongalian Village on day to day basis I;
- Cooked for customers and staff
- Took part in kitchen prep
- Confirmed shipments
- Served food to customers
- kept the cooking area clean and organized

Keeps you on your toes, always a ton to do, in a addition to running the floor as a hostess, you have to sometimes deal with the waitresses demanding tables then screaming at you not to seat them. It is sometimes ridiculous.

It was fun. You get a free meal per shift and free drinks. The staff is friendly and overall it's an enjoyable atmosphere. The food is delicious and the management is very understanding.

It is a great place to work with friendly people. Management is good and owner is there all the time. You can learn a lot. Great start up place for any beginner cook. Great atmosphere and opportunities, flexible schedules

The team really works together to ensure work is completed effectively. Everyone is in a great mood and is happy to help new employees. This is a great first job to introduce you into the restaurant business.

It was awesome, for me i loved it simply cause i got along with everybody, The environment was really cool, the bosses where so nice and understanding to a point where they made the job look easy.

Staff is young, so it can be a little irresponsible but it can be fun and collaborative depending on who you are working with. Turnover can be quick in both servers and supervisors

Good place to work, good atmosphere. Management is there for you and is understanding about any issues that may come up during your employment. Great location and easy to get to.
