Finding family work life balance. The company wasn’t very open to making accommodations to work schedule

Work environment was good, treated very well and respectful. Work culture needed improvement

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Arrive at 5:55am, check emails, attend meetings. Enter data, print work orders off, file, place orders for parts. End work day at 3pm

What is the best part of working at the company?
Excellent. The people. My employer/Manager of Mosaic is a very good communicator and always finds solutions. The people I work f are like myself very customer care orientated


What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
No stress. Great team work. Everyone helps everyone else. Customer service oriented

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Friendly. Not too talkative. Very professional and respectfull....of everyone on the team

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Busy interacting w customers.

While it still might not be the most lucrative salary out there, for entry level employee's the $70,000 plus can be enticing. I've found myself stuck in a miserable, and cliquey town, refusing to settle down. The 2 year waiting period to become vested in order to withdraw my entire compensation in retirement savings will keep me locked in until then, as well as signing bonuses and employee incentive plan. I ask myself every day whether its worth it to be miserable.

I loved working here. I felt welcomed and was treated equally and respectfully being the only female of 7+ men. It was an amazing learning experience and I would take that job back in a heart beat. Unfortunately it was just a “summer student” position but I would love to do it again! 

Great pay, benefits, sick days, personal days and bonuses. Shift work can be hard for some but the pay here is top of the line. Like any job can have some frustrating and difficult tasks however management seems very lenient and help is always around 


Mosaic is an interesting place to work.  Lots of different challenges to deal with on a daily basis.  Lots of room for advancement if you have the drive and work ethic to achieve it.  

A secure job that can have challenging working conditions.  Very competitive pay for the industry. Get to see a wide variety of technologies and processes and work with people from many different backgrounds.  Good experience overall

The people are mostly great. I'm leaving because the pay for engineers is not competitive. There is disconnect between the different sites in Florida. Management and engineers move around a lot. 

A great workplace with great pay and benefits. May not always be assigned enough work and are trusted to find work that contributes to the smooth operation of the company
