Working at this company was a disappointing experience. The management team is unorganized, lacks proper training programs, and has no consistent work standards in place. Employees are often expected to handle tasks without adequate guidance or resources, which creates confusion and frustration.

Vacation requests are treated as though the company were operating in a high-stakes industry, rather than in orthotics manufacturing, and there is little flexibility or support for employees’ work-life balance.

Unfortunately, politics within management play a big role in decision-making, and dedicated employees who genuinely try to improve the company often find themselves pushed out. Overall, the environment is unprofessional, with weak leadership and poor direction from the top down.

Very demanding management that leads without sharing views just ordering around without having any clue about the job.
Toxic environment where you feel spied on and afraid you will be fired just for looking at something wrong. Employee moral is at its lowest and fear is the main feeling. No clear direction, just silent torture. They say all kinds of things at townhall meetings but they rule in a way that makes you feel like a slave with no opinion. Just work, dont ask, dont have friends at work and be available as they want you with no return. Even to take your earned vacation days is hard. They treat you exactly like a slave. No appreciation at all of the workers. 

A typical day is exhausting—long hours in extreme heat, constant noise, and dusty conditions. Management sets unrealistic targets that increase every two weeks, creating nonstop pressure. I’ve learned how to work under intense stress, but at the cost of mental and physical health. Workplace culture feels toxic, with workers treated more like machines than people. The hardest part is the lack of support and the constant push without recognition. The most enjoyable part is leaving at the end of the day knowing I made it through. This job teaches endurance, but not much else.

Orthotics is very  new for me when  they hire me.after that I learn  a lot of things about  Orthotics. How to make, how use, why is important & exc. The hardest  part  for  me is standing same spot.other than that I really enjoyed  my work. 

Job secured, workplace environment is good. I had the best learning experience while I was employed. I have learned so many work skills that I was able to grow in the company. I worked in all the departments of the production from start to finish and was able to do the same in the other line of Orthotics which is Langer Biomechanics.

It is fun working in this company, they encourage you to bring the best thing in you. They are very encouraging and they acknowledge your effort. They want the company to increase the sales and also they want their employee to improve themselves.

The company has new business opportunities because of their strategy of acquiring companies around the world and making that way a holding in their specific field

I began working part time.  I was then hired full time and enjoyed flexible working environment. I enjoyed the joband hadfun working for a company with no pressure for production.I ended up leaving to be a stay at home mom.

I am very glad to be away from the drama and the disrespectful manager.
No support when learning when new products. 
Disrespected and belittled during meetings.
