The Osler Bluff Ski Club

Such a great environment at Osler, I have been skiing there since I was a toddler, and working there with friends at the time was very enjoyable. It is very rewarding teaching young children or adults to ski, as well as spending a day on the slopes. The staff were very friendly and supportive. The hardest part of the job would be teaching in very cold conditions. The most enjoyable is how rewarding it is having students looking up to you, and getting better every day at skiing.

No job security even when management promises over months that there will be continued work.
Members of this club are rude to the employees, treat you like dirty on the bottom of their shoes.
Management does nothing to stick up for you or the club members who get distriminated against. 
No idea why anyone would want to work at this "club."
Avoid this place, Blue Mountain is a better ski resort to work at. 

I have worked at Osler Bluff Ski Club for 2 winter seasons, now starting my 3rd and I love it here. They treat their staff very well and it is a very welcoming environment. I highly recommend working here if you enjoy the ski season and working in a fast paced environment.

Start at 8:30 a.m. at the ski club, with a general meeting.  Talk about what we will teach for that day.  Programs generally start at 9:00 am and end at 3:00.  I learned leadership skills, how to manage children's behaviour and to motivate them.  Workplace culture was very cooperative and fun.

Horrible place to work, management doesn’t follow promises and the wage isn’t great for what you do for work, lift maintenance never gets finished as they department manager is also the only A mechanic 

A typical day of work included lesson assignments in the morning and afternoon which consisted of one-on-one private lessons or group lessons. The atmosphere is very light and fun, and extremely focused on keeping the employees and patrons safe.

Osler Bluff is a pleasant place to work. Colleagues are friendly and helpful for the most part. Opportunities to work are available regularly for those who want more hours, and management is very flexible with hours.

Osler is a great place to work. The kids are great and you get paid to ski. The other staff are great and the director is awesome. You get good hours and are payed well. Because it is only while lifts are open you have free time at night.

The Club is under new management and it shows. Fun environment and great members. Management really cares about the staff. They are flexible with scheduling when required, and check in with you everyday. The pay is good for the work I do. 

The days went by so fast. Good vibes, happy people, healthy lifestyles. Everything I wanted to do to support others was available in my role at Osler.
