I could write a literal novel of the lessons in business and life that I learned along the way with RPM... They are a very unique company... Offering a variety of opportunity for growth in Business and Marketing, as well on the Technical aspects of the business, daily installs and service are but some of the core concepts that RPM focuses on. They pride themselves on producing some of (if not) the best quality service you can acquire in this day and age... RPM does this through their phenomenal Leadership and team building... 
I learned so much from this company!! I miss them everyday I am not with them... they made me who I am today. 
I will succeed in my goals thanks to their culture,their company promise, and their doctrines, their visions,but most importantly... Their drive to bring out success of every single one of their team... 
I wish more employers we're like them in all honesty.

What is the best part of working at the company?
There was nothing best in that company that I should write it down . Fully commision based company with no employee centric 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Stressful part to that you make 200 calls everyday and you get one appointment  and when meeting the client , the client has never signed the contract or deal . So it’s simply waste

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
There was no work culture . You are only dialing and dialing . Sometimes they used to make u attend meeting in the lunch hour . Only on Thursdays you get pizzas 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Employee centric the most important and typical day at every and any company . Paying salaries to employees .

If you wanted to start your own business tomorrow and you previously worked at The RPM Groups. You will understand the type of dedication and consistency needed to be successful with running your own business. This opportunity also gives you the confidence to feel as if you are the CEO. Therefore, when you are talking to other business owners you feel as if you are on their level or higher. Great opportunity.  

The work environment is very friendly. The entire team there is amazing. The pay is commission based with passive income for 5 years or even more with the residual structure they offer. The start is difficult but once you get the hang of it, you can really make a lot if you are patient with yourself. It's like starting your own business with the help and guidance from the whole team. If you have an entrepreneur mindset, this is definitely a good place to get started because they invest their time in you and teach you all the basics about sales and business. 

This is a full entrepreneurial opportunity. This is not a job it’s running your own business under the RPM umbrella. 
Days at works start off with leads and calling and eventually you learn to close your own deals and make your own commission. 
The culture is amazing and the CEO gets to know his people. 
I’ve never had a workplace where I have felt so at home. 
Work hard play hard. If you’re willing to commit and be push yourself to greatness this is the he job for you. 

What is the best part of working at the company?
None,   the culture was not one that I recommend. Very unprofessional, Cannot hold staff turn over is ridiculous. they cannot keep staff on board.

They like to Micro manage you and control you.

VERY bad, Its awful, Not recommend it to anyone,

Cold Calling and being Controlled, False promises

The people are friendly you can be yourself

Not getting bookings and call volume

Frendly and kind no judging you

The office environment is very friendly and inclusive. The company as a whole fosters a work hard, play harder mentality where there are vacation trips, events, gatherings etc. The pay is commissioned based with a residual commission structure for long term financial stability. A great place to work if you are looking for a career. 

Pyramid scheme 101  - most start out as inside reps… you will make 200 phone calls a day in the hopes your sales rep will close a deal… they get 75% and you get 25%. When you are outside you can make good money but most of what you make goes up the ladder - poor work life balance extremely poor management.
