- A typical day at work
I am internal and work the operations side of things. For me my typical day is spent meeting with clients and serving our staff through ongoing improvement to systems processes and tools.

Learning something new every day. Although my position is more systems and operations focused it has been a pleasure to get the exposer to sales experts live in the trenches every day.

As a Leader in the organization, I spend most of my day working to improve the organization and improve the working environment and frameworks we use to drive success. I say with full confidence, that I have improved my sales skills tenfold since beginning my tenure here.

Leaders at this company are very proactive about strategic growth and are not reactive. Plans are built to adapt to ever changing business needs and all associates and employees are always involved in decision making processes.

Team is very tight knit and overall has a good working culture and environment. Team hires based on culture and value add and has a very strong diversity and inclusion policy.

Since I have been working with the Sales Connection team, not only have I gotten out of all my debt but I am about to buy my first beautiful home for my family. This has truly been life-changing. It is a fun environment with super supportive teammates. Even during competitions, we all support and cheer on one another. Morale is high, and pay is even higher :)

This is such a great flexible role and with the right drive you can make a lot of money. When sales are made everyone celebrates! Everyone is there to support each other. Glad to have worked here. 

Although I am relatively new, everything has been super positive and I have the freedom to work from where I want and when I want. The team is great, management is great and I look forward to the future with this team!
