Managment lacks leadership and focus. 
Unrealistic expectations from the management with little to no training. It’s fast-paced, which isn’t for everyone. Lots of  sudden shifting gear all the time. Things don’t seem to stick, and direction changes often. Very high employee turnaround. Almost 60%+ quits after few months. They do not have an actual HR so there's no where to go when you have an issue. Acting HR is no help most of the time just relays messages from the owner.
Great products. Easy to sell once you know the your products. Sales manager is very demanding. Company is against using technologies in most cases. They prefer peper communications. 
The owner is ill mannered and yells and disrespects employees on a regular basis. It's always someone else's fault but never the management team! If you can sweet talk and agree 100% with the MD then you will do great! If you have different opinions or try improve the 30 years old system in any way or shape then he will make your life living purgatory. 
Not worth the high salary.

Stay away if you are coming from a well-disciplined organization.  It is extremely difficult to do systematic improvement in this workplace. The expectation is that everybody has to do everything regardless of your job description! Employees gossiping around all the time, but moving up and down when the boss is around. The owners are forward planning and strategic thinking. Wishing all the best for the employees and the management. 

I was excited at the beginning but as time passed, I began to see lots of  red flags which was nurturing a" Toxic Work Environment" to name a few:
A Lack Of Transparency, Unmotivated Co-Workers, No Recognition For Your Work, The Manager Has A Poor Attitude, No Clear Direction On Projects, Scope Creep.
My recommendation, if you don't have to please stay away but if you do, please continue your job search as this is not a company you would stay with till you retire!

At the Sansin Corporation, there is  plenty of learning opportunity, challenge, and competitive spirit. You work alongside strong leaders, in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment. My time at Sansin as Marketing coordinator was thrilling and I enjoyed every ounce of learning. Highly recommend for those seeking enthusiastic, growing business that has lots to offer in the world of manufacturing a high quality product.  

As this company grows there is no advancement in procedures, they are trying to expand but are completely disorganized and don't know what they are doing. Everyone is confused on who does what and the proper procedures on how to do things. This could be in part to such a huge employee turn over, next to no management, and no HR or proper employee onboarding. Owners are not open to suggestions or any change, when bringing up concerns they are ignored. Morale is so low its non existent.

No planning or leadership.  Outdated practices and processes or just none at all.  Nobody graduating from a university or college program will want to work here as the company is not interested in your skills or experience, they only want to run the company with 1980's approach.  So much waste and they refuse any form of technology to improve.

Sansin is a fast-paced, high growth entrepreneurial company.  There are a lot of opportunities to grow with the company for those who like a challenging and rewarding work experience.

Working for The Sansin Corporation has given me a great work/life balance.  I enjoy working with all the staff in all the departments.  Employee turn over is very low, so you get the opportunity to get to know everyone on a personal bases. 

Unorganized and not prepared for the growth. Stay away . It is extremely difficult to do systematic improvement in this workplace.   Working culture is not good.  wishing this company good luck and hope they get ridof the back ward systems they have 

Sansin is a very fast paced company. There is a lot to learn all the time, with often little training available. Employees hit the ground running, but there is always room for growth.
