They will not let you take time off, no matter what the issue may be. Greedy people that will write you up over literally anything and will make you feel useless and under appreciated. Management was completely lazy, and expected part time staff to do everything and they could sit and do nothing all day.
 I ran into several issues while working at The Vapour Trail, needing days off due to close family illness, personal illness and they will literally not let you take time off. There was multiple times I sat at work, sick for hours, literally throwing up, and I was unable to go home, because no one was able to cover my shift for me, since that's the "company policy", but our "manager" was allowed to leave and close up the shop at any time, hardly seems fair??. There was a period of time while working there that we were unable to use the bathroom (process was locking up the store, leaving through another door and using a bathroom that was a fair walk away) because we were unable to lock the second door and management took WEEKS. to fix that. Once we got our "bathroom privileges" back, we had to be fast, after hearing management complain several times about upper management saying "the store can't be closed". 
While at The Vapour Trail, we had a "checklist" of things we needed to do, which seemed to only fall onto the part time employees hands and never the management. We were also not allowed to sit or relax after completing the short to do list on shift.
They also have a company "rule" that after six months you get an "appraisal" or can be up for a raise, I got absolutely none of that, while my manager got a raise, and time off whenever she asked, and could go home whenever.

Was manager of a location, your duties will be greatly exaggerated. A typical day consists of clocking in, about 15 minutes of paper work, then waiting for customers to come in.

Extremely high turnover rate. Upper management is very combative and unprofessional; they will talk negatively about all their employees to you, which of course means they do the same about you. Owners will watch you on the camera all day and call if they see something they are not pleased with. 

No time off is offered at all, if you get sick and need a shift covered it is on you to cover your own shift or come in sick. All employees recieve min wage, except managers who recieve a dollar above min wage. As manager you are also constantly "on-call" and are expected to answer calls and go in as needed, there is no compensation for this at all.

Not a very good place to work. There’s an extremely high turnover rate, no opportunity’s for advancement and not good hours. Nothing really beneficial unless your a manager and even if your a manger your only making a dollar more minimum wage and being watched on camera all day. Shifts can be taken away from you and given to staff from other stores. Managers openly talk down on employees to other employees/management. Don’t waste your time here!

Managment was amazing! Although the higher up in the business need to learn how to actually run a buisness and keep customers/staff happy. 
The people that run the company dont give two cares about their staff or even their customers really when it came to returns or problems. 
Also, unless you are the manager, your part time at like 20hrs a week. You can barely survive and they dont care.

They they interview you they throw you into the job very bad training they write you up for things they don't train you on their turnover rate is ridiculously high in all in all I would not ever work for this family-owned business....
The antics in that place we're completely out of control management it's all a mess. And their work hours are ridiculous cuz they can't keep people. Iworked for them

The only good thing I have to say about working here was the customers.  Everything else was terrible. Upper Management was a nightmare to deal with, very combative and counter-productive.

Store managers r good but HO is iffy. Some are good, some are bad. But the bad are very bad. Doesn’t help to be watched all day on cameras and paid less than a dollar more than the part timers.

terrible place to work for anyone, if you respect yourself at all you will stay away from these guys. they are gossips and a sad excuse for a company. 

Always worked alone for entire shift after "training", minimal training about devices/coils/maintenance, frequent sketchy customers, no real lunch break (still have to work while trying to eat)

Awesome workplace- Youll get out what you put in. The people who run this company will care for you as long as you care for the company.  Perform the tasks you were hired to do :D
