I usually start by reviewing priorities, attending team meetings if scheduled, and then working on ongoing projects or client-related tasks. Great  the residents when they enter or exit the building, by first or last names.
Answer telephones, kept track of massages for residents and Property Manager
Open daily shift reports,  write incidents reports, log in and out packages and mail using Front Desk System.
Make dinner reservation, reserve entertainment tickets , order cabs,
Book guests suits reservations, party room and conference room spaces in the building when requested.
Help assisting residents and guests with information about local restaurants, clubs and retail outlets. 
Maintain constant communication with valet, to ensure that the parked or retrieve residents or guests vehicles in a safe and efficient manner. 
 I am working in a very upscale environment with professional residents in Yorkville, Ontario. I enjoy working with my co-workers together we make the best team. They come from different part of the world.
My manager is very respectful and appreciative with me and my co-workers. She give us credit when the work is well done.
The most hardest part of my job I believe is that I am too nice with people and they take advantage sometimes but i am working on to be more assertive and say no when is needed.
Every day I enjoy interacting  and helping residents and guest with different daily activities.

Worst company I have ever worked for ever!! the management talk about guards to other guards. They hire the worst EC's who have no experience. There is to much favouritism managers hire friends and family members. they hire people with no experience at higher pay rates. The scheduling department is so disorganized. They block employees from the employee website to book sites and you are trained at and give the jobs to who they are buddies with so it's hard to get full time hours. Employees spread rumours and management believes them. Employees who have years of experience end up working deadend sites and night shifts. The do not conduct themselves within the guidelines to the labour board so they have been sued. There really isn't a HR department with people who are educated in the field. And like most security companies the lie to you all the time about opportunities everywhere pay rates.  They wouldn't know a good guard if they met one. They just want contracts once they have them they stop caring. They have no idea how to run a security company as they started out as a car wash and car detailing company. They come across as a high end security company but that's all a smoke screen!

If I could rate the management in the negative then I would be so happy to do so. Working here was probably one of my worst jobs. Management deducted my pay for being late and it's completely not my fault. They're super rude when discussing about situations and work related problems. You're not allowed to pick up your phone even if your job area is too quiet which I find this as too stupid in my opinion. I don't understand what would you do in a 9 hour shift when there are literally 5 people living in the building you're working at? Even if all my coworkers play games, watch movies, and waste their time in lots of stuff; they still choose a specific person to pick on. Oh and you'll basically be interrupted while having your break to satisfy their clients needs. Wanna know what else is funny? They hire anyone in need of a job with 0 experience. Sit back and watch how people mess up cars, be rude to other employees, and not care at all. Management still give them work because of how desperate they are for finding good people. I hope my review summarizes how awful management is.

hi folks , well i found FOREST HILL GROUP the most coolest among all other companies out there , following are the reasons : 

GOOD THINGS :

- Pay you good with hike in pay after you complete 1 year with them 
- F.H.G dont bother you for stupid things such a your looks , beards , hairs , fashion jewellery etc . 
- working hours as they promise 
- lots of sites and very nice management 
- no bunch of lairs 
- you can request to change the site if you are not comfortable at one 
- No place for abusers 
- All superiors keep their promises 
- Charge you low for uniform compare to other companies who is rip off like samsonshield . 
- You can request for day off and most likely it will get approved if its genuine 
- Dont investigate employees like criminals 
- Cool mobile supervisors , managers , client manager , schedules , C.E.O as well 
- TREAT EMPLOYEES WITH RESPECT . thank you for that & god bless you all for that . 

Bad things : 

I CANT FIND EVEN ONE after working for them almost a year now .

i thought this would be a high end company, the promissed me good wages, nice buildings and a great uniform. everything was really good on paper and during the interview but when i started it became way too much way too quickly. I had an issue with my supervisor because she kept showing up 15 - 20 minutes after the shift time. I  complained to the company but was basically told she was not movable and would keep being the supervisor a the building because the residents liked her too much. In addition to that they told her about my complaint and she started picking on me, switching my hours, deleting reports I had completed, complaing to the company until eventually I was moved.

Totally unfair! the site are very nice, some staff are nice but thats about it! also i found out that people who were working less then me were making more money

recently had the pleasure of working with , and I must say, their dedication to supporting employees is truly commendable. From the moment I joined the team, I felt valued and supported in every aspect of my work.

While the company is arguably the best in the business, the standard is quite low. The company and the associated site of employment will constantly ask you to perform jobs outside your designated role, belittle you when you question why, request that you perform duties outside your regular work hours and then argue that it does not qualify for over time pay. While the company may attempt to act on your behalf they are strangled by their contract to the various sites, and they will always side with the contract that earns them more money instead of their employees. Never forget that you are always disposable. The jobs offered by the company provide a source of income but rarely become a career for many employees.

Treated with respect and understanding. Best company I've worked for thus far as I have experience with 6 others prior to FHG.

There isn't alot of stressful parts of working for this company. They inform staff when needed, assist staff as best they can, and try to accommodate.

A typical day at work involves serving customers, preparing orders, and keeping the workspace clean. I learned how to handle pressure, multitask, and communicate effectively. Management was supportive and clear with expectations. The workplace culture was team-oriented and friendly. The hardest part was managing the rush hours, especially when short-staffed. The most enjoyable part was interacting with customers and working with a cooperative team.
