Good hours, decent pay, except they lie to you about getting raises, they’ll tell you you’re doing great and that you’ll get a raise but they keep pushing it to months later and next thing you realize a whole year has passed and you’re still in the same position, super unorganized, bouncing from job site to job site, using your own vehicle to take tools to other sites, Foreman’s didn’t have enough experience to run a job and so you couldn’t grow. 

Worst company to work for, hire uneducated imbeciles and make them foreman. Half the company isn’t even properly fluent in English and there’s no leadership skills within anybody. You’re told you deserve a raise and will be getting one at the “Year End Summary” but the year end summary changes from Spring to Autumn and so on. Nobody has received a raise in the last two years while the company makes an enormous amount of money from the workers.

Metel panel installer. The company has friendly people and good foremen. They have a lot of hours and work overtime. 
The cons is the work is out doors and it’s very cold in the winter. 
No advancement, same pay and no raises. Foreman’s get paid a lot more then other workers. 
Overall good company to start working. 

They are leaders in their field and I have learned a lot about all kinds of insulated cladding. 

Well respected within the construction community. 

Seem to have a lot of work. Very busy.

Definitely a workplace that you can advance if you are a hard worker.

Room for advancement in company lots of travel

Each day start a section and aim t finish it by the end. It was under a time limit but I never felt stressed. Great guys to work with and the work itself was enjoyable as usually changes from day to day and wasn't too repetitive.

good company, pretty fair, hours are pretty good, co-workers are good. hardest part of the job was working outside during the winter. I learned a lot about flashing, how to seal a building, how to make something structurally sound

Most of the people in the office are good to work with. But the direct supervisor doesn’t provide any support which creates a poor working environment. 

Hard working Coworkers, friendly bosses. 10hr job really easy stuff, working with tools. two breaks, each 30 minuets 
Working on indoors and Outdoors. Working with all kinds of tools

Good company for reliable, trustworthy workers. They give plenty opportunity to grow professionally. Overtime is paid; benefits, task-specific PPE and power tools are provided. All the necessary training is organized by the company.
