Very toxic workplace environment.
Management far too confident in their abilities but unable to actually achieve anything. They believe replacing  competent people is a better strategy than figuring out actual underlying issues. It's true what they say..
Thibert is where industry rejects end up and careers come to die. 
You'll realize in your first days at this job what kind of a joke the entire management organization is . If there is any indicator at all, its the CEO ..  
Weak character that makes no presence or impression when entering a room. 
Has difficulty looking anyone in the eyes let alone shaking anyone's hand.
His family name might be a hint as to how he got the position.

What is the best part of working at the company?
Not really anything poorly managed and no motivation to want to be there 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Picking the big hitches and fenders I would need help because it was to heavy and I would ask one of my coworkers for help then they would say ok I’ll be right back and would purposely forget to help me to get out of work 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Awful everyone is so measurable and has a poor attitude 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
When I would work there my coworkers would insult me and treat me like a punching bag then I would report them to my management and my management would jump in and insult me and also treat me like a punching bag I highly recommend do not work here if you really don’t have to

As a customer service rep we have many responsibility but foremost making the customer happy and retaining him. We take everybody errors and try and work with the customer it could be the mistake of the order desk, warehouse or transport. We also have a new system for more than a year that still does not work correctly. We are not recognized for this.  I have been there for 4 years and nothing not even a thank you from your supervisor. We have no support from HR when I supervisors either were let go or quit.  You apply for an another position they do not give you any news, they don't want to take you otherwise they will put the customer service dept minus 1 which they can't afford to do. I'm still there because it's closer to me and it took me 4 years to get to the salary I have presently

While this company likes to promise growth and opportunity - they simply breadcrumb you then leave you gridlocked in your hired position while tackling on more tasks and responsibility with minimal pay increase.

It would depend on the kind of person you are - if you're okay with steady work, half decent pay and repetitive tasks, then go for it.

However if you want to grow and earn more while dedicating time and effort - just simply avoid this company. 

Orders that block at the credit department because of past due amount or over credit limit most be release, so calls must be done to clients.
Payment with credit card done when needed
Verifiy the coding of orders: cod - cash on delivery or cod - cheque on delivery.
Answering all clients request and transfert if needed to the good department
We are a good team all my co-workers together

The pay was not to bad as you had OT pretty well every week, but do not look for any thing big as pay raises when the time comes. Moncton management should be replaced with new to make things a more better place to work, family members (4 of them) should not be working in the same place. There is no room for advancement at all, they really do not care about the employee or the safety of their drivers but only getting their product out and delivered.

The hardest part of the job was when you had a very arrogant customer swearing at us.

This company allowed for me to really learn how to manage my time effectively, as well as learned how to organize material and stuff needed for shipping. Had a great manager who understood all my life situations when they arised.

honestly a very good company to work for great management and great people to work with and very easy to get along with. If you have a issue with a product or finding something in the warehouse everyone in the warehouse will help/know where it is if you cant find it. Great communication with management and employees.
