I would say a major red flag is when a manager calls his ex employee batpoop (the censored version) crazy and when he says even a donkey can do this sales job. Another red flag is how the senior reps seem so bitter and always subtly complain about work conditions. The CFO/CEO watch through the cameras and hear what you say occasionally so many of the staff don't say how they feel out loud. Suggestions to improve aren't welcome here. 

Daily tasks include staring at a computer all day clicking refresh finding new leads and then you call them and try to convert them. The commission structure was very hard to achieve as even the assistant manager barely hit it. Turnover rate is pretty high here as most people realize their isn't much room for growth here.

If your desperate for a job then come here, they will hire anyone.
If you have a degree or want to move up in a company, this isn't the place for you. This job is perfect for high school students.

This company was started by the former CEO of AlarmForce but he is semi-retired so the company is run by his son. Most people in the sales department don't like the CFO as he is very negative and difficult to work with. The company is not growing as fast as it should and blame is placed on the salespeople.  
The monitoring price is very affordable and the home alarm packages are not that difficult to sell on the phone. The script that we use is good but we should test some variations. We got some good reviews on TrustPilot.  The wireless camera gets a lot of negative reviews and it's difficult to sell over the phone.  Overall Think Protection is not a horrible company but the salaries are lower than average and there is no job security. Also, nobody gets benefits. On the plus side, the company pays for a lunch every couple of months which is nice.

C level execs and upper management are awful, they treat employees like they are dispensable and can be replaced at anytime. Sales salary is essentially minimum wage and commission is set at a bar that is next to impossible to reach. If you want to work for a company that is run like it's 1910 with no benefits, no work life balance and rotating schedules, this is the place.  Expectations for sales reps are completely unrealistic and you are watched 24/7 by cameras. Avoid this company.

I've been working with Think Protection for 2 months now & so far it's been amazing! Friendly team & sales manager. I chose Think Protection over other offers because of the unique opportunity for growth! This a new company with a startup feel combined with upper management who have experience where they previously built a multi-million dollar company in the same industry. That's what sold me. I trust that this is somewhere I can build a solid career. Excited for the future here!

- Lack of organization and explanation of everything, you self-learn and pick up from common sense if you have it. 
- No trust makes the workplace divided and opinions are not welcomed.

enjoyable part of the job is when you take a vacation.

There is no job security at this place whatsoever.If they don’t like you they will get rid of you for any cheesy excuse. 
I didn’t even apply for this position they found me on LinkedIn. called me and asked me to go for interview. Same day contacted me saying I got the position and start 2 days later. Then I got terminated the 4th day of the job during training. 
If you don’t believe me and other reviews go ahead and give it a try.

They will Boldface lie to you about how much you can make to get you in. Then they will string you along with hopes of moving up.  If you live with your mom and can survive on next to nothing then maybe you can give it a try.  Keep in mind though even if you do move up you will get half of what you should get.  This company is very cheap and is looking to build itself on the backs of its people.

Low salaries. No benefits, No annual raises. Employees are being watched 24/7 by cameras. Expectations for sales reps are set so high that are impossible to obtain. CFO instead of working is busy admiring himself in every reflection of every window and looking pretty.

The culture is good and it's honestly not the hardest job in the world. The products and services are easy to sell to customers. Reaching certain sales targets aren't always easy, but i've work in other call centres and this job definitely beats others I've been at.

Waste of time. Minimal salary, no job security, and the CFO and Owner are simply awful. They treat employees like they are interchangeable and worthless and monitor the floor with cameras 24/7 like it is 1940s Germany. Regardless of your level of sales experience, it is best to stay far away - you will be thankful you did.
