Aside from wage cuts in the past, this company has been good. When there's work, you're going at it steady. But if it dries up, given we do maintenence work for has plants, you may be sitting for a few days to a few weeks. You will likely get experience both insulating and scaffolding depending in crew size and priorities. I've had no real issues with any long term employees here, however, as it comes with the industry, you'll meet a few bad apples along the way.

Good people to work with. Enjoyed going to work everyday.

I don’t remember ever feeling stressed.

Good people who understand, I’m a family man and want to provide for my family.

Do your job and everyone is happy.

work was expected on your own time, unpaid.  Expectations are high with very little support.  No job security as you would get a message at night if there was work the next day.  This occurred the 5 months I worked there.  Safety was not important, just get the job done.

If you like hard work this is a job for you, working in any weather conditions. 
Makes you gain muscle! Pays good! 
Offers variety of locations! 
Make sure you’re ready to be away from home a lot. If you’re single and don’t have dependents it’s a perfect job for you! 

Thomas is f%#*ing horrible, I wouldn’t recommend anyone work for these f@&$ing idiots, the pay rate has been dropped and they don’t give a f@&k about you or your well-being. They will work you like a dog and you’ll get a kick in the face! Thomas is worst company I’ve ever worked for!

good place toward very organized and always have a large scope of work worked there on various sites and under different supervision always were accommodating and willing to help withcoursesor personal matters if needed

The company seems to have lots of work so they keep you pretty steady. They have camp jobs and LOA jobs so you have a few choices for your preference of sites.

This company had its ups and downs like any other. but when things took a downward spin they didn't do much to keep valued employees.
 When i was supervision I saw the companies true colours.

great work place to work in and friendly work enviroment.worked about a year with thomas group and it was fairly and looking forward to work again with thomas group.
