I worked there in the Cohen, was interesting work enjoyed the people I worked with management had its problems , safety lady was great. I ended up teaching people 7 in total great workmanship. The management tried the mess with on materials ,but due to my training, nothing bother me. I feel I was a good asset to Thomas, even the site supervisor Mansell told me twice when no one was around,I like to do quality work. I thank Thomas for there time I spent there, have a 19 year old son I would like to take there and show him what I know.

The production Manager was always there for the field staff. My Supervisor always had my back. We worked as a team the entire crew.

 The head office personnel other than two felt that we only did there part of job out in the field. It is because they have never been in that position and field is a different beast I will say than working in a city office, as I have done both.

Overall I really enjoyed working for them a lot.

Good place to work.They are good at keeping you busy...at least were before this resesion.Good Foremans and management.Company gives you the opportunity to learn and develop.Things might not get as confortable if its a "Hard Dollar Job" due to financial restrictements.

Would go back with this company any day. Thomas was able to keep me advancing in the trade, foremen and other trades people were always willing to help each other learn new skills. While it's was fast paste, hard push, the supervisors were relaxed when dealing with minor/ major issues. All and all good company.

I've had alot more good experiences with Thomas Insul than bad. 
I started my career with them, learned alot and moved up to foreman throughout the years. Great place to work, learn, and are treated like a human not a number. I would work for them again in a heartbeat.

Good for entry levels to start in the industry but once you get professional it is better to look for some other places to work.

Excellent Project Manager. Safety oriented. An excellent workplace environment with enjoyable people to work with.

It was a great place to work. Friendly Fast-paced environment. Well organized Company and knowledge staff. Co-workers were safety oriented and willing to lend a hand.
