Best part of working for this company was going for my days off.

Why I went there in the first place it is so dysfunctional and disorganized. Most of the senior management is so negative. It was very stressful.

The safety is nonexistent. The culture is very negative and very dissatisfied.

A typical day with this company was trying to stay positive with all the negative people around you.

A lot of great experienced and talented people.

Multiple layoffs in summer fall 23, supervisors choose when and if they will respond to you while having to use your own cell coverag.

Many other employees are responsible professionals most treat you like family.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
12 hours steady work safety always first.

Young crowd, they wouldn’t let u know if something you were doing was the wrong way. They would wait for something to fail and laugh from afar. The job was easy but there’s zero job security (as I asked if my position was permanent before I accepted my role, then was laid off a month into it) but the biggest let down was I felt like I was around a-bunch of high school chicks. Hardly anyone there had the balls to speak up or do the proper thing. Training before going to site was a COMPLETE waste 

There we're a lot of people at our morning safety meeting,
and yet the supervisors could name everyone in there after couple days.
Most of the crew supervisors were really good, knowledgeable and awesome to work with.
Didn't keep dead weight on the job very long which was appreciated. Equipment was well maintained and if there was an issue they did what was needed to make it work

FIFO camp airport hub bus to n from work.

Down time , weather, flight delays

Moral his high, safety is number one priority,n team work.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Breakfast,bag your own lunch ready to bused out to work site.

Great people staff and recruiters

Rotation no long enough some of us like 4 weeks on  2off we travel from afar

Awesome environment and camp experience

Work relaxation at camp and work out

The fellow employees were the best to work with, supervisors were able to layout scope of work in an easy understanding manner,  the work area was easy to navigate because dumps and roads were continuously maintained and if you made a mistake you weren't belittled or humiliated 

Once working,we stayed busy. Went from one work area to the next.Didn't seam to have to many problems and things were brought to proper authority for review if needed. Was happy to work for them and would again if conditions we're right.

The management I had 3 years ago after I graduated IHE was amazing there was one bad apple that was quickly dealt with and most of my crew was full of a lot of helpful good supportive people. As entry level they gave me the open door and some good experience to build my new career with. 

I've worked for them several times. great place to work and they always have work and are hiring. Issues arise when it comes to getting on a machine you were hired for, or you'll get bumped when an incompetent operator returns from days off.  Pay is Good, Forman are good, Management Cares, they just wast talent
