This was the only company that stopped me from quitting with the reason "I don't want you to lose your job" and then called me back into the office at the end of the day to tell me I was fired. The first day I joined, team lead asked me for my "LOYALTY". There are lots of scape-goats that get the short end of the stick and the people who know how to point fingers at others are rewarded. The environment is very hostile for new-comers to the workforce and I would recommend this job only to those who have been in the workforce for over 20 years, as their way of processing operation just simply does not reflect the time that we live in

This all happened because I asked them for a department transfer in the morning. 

I might also add that when I joined their company unknowingly, I was getting support from the government. Accepting a position with them got me off the support, and that meant that I wasn't able to spend as much time and thought for my next job hunt. It wasn't difficult getting a job but that just tells you how much they care about your life.

Accepting a job with them set me back a few months.

It is very much behind the times when dealing with information and internal communications. The warehouse/manufacturing infrastructure and internal computer systems are woefully outdated and not adequate for the size of company that it is. It is still led and run as if it is being run out of a garage vs. the multi million dollar corporation that it is.

Management is more interested in accounting "magic" vs the realities of supplying an organized and properly structured manufacturing facility.

The high turn over of manufacturing employees and office staff speak volumes.

The work environment is very friendly and supportive, which makes it comfortable to work and communicate with the team. One of the best aspects of the job is that the tasks and projects handled on the shop floor are quite different from one another. This variety keeps the work interesting and helps employees learn new skills and gain experience in different areas. Because each day brings new challenges and responsibilities, the job feels more engaging and productive rather than repetitive. The positive atmosphere and diverse nature of the work also encourage teamwork, problem-solving, and continuous improvement throughout the day.

Stared off great, ended horrible. 

The people who you work with on the floor were great! majority of them actually wanted you to learn the job the properly and safe

Management and above had no idea what they were doing, always trying to change things up and make the job more efficient but in return were doing the exact opposite 

Job became so unbearable that people with 15-20 year experience started leaving

Do not work here, wasting your time like I did.

Having to answer the phones when I was hired to be in the field.

Not fair to the senior Electrician.

Answer phones and dole out answers to stupid people who are not able to read a manual

Still a good place to work if not for miss management. A lot of people come and go but business in this field is growing. Pay is fairly good  as well as benefits. Lead hands do their jobs but most of them abuse their power. New management and leadership with good back ground would fix this company really good. 

- One of the worst companies I have ever worked for
- Company culture is lacking, Management has no idea what they're doing & do not take into consideration what their employees are telling them, Ancient processes & zero automation.
- Understaffed + the staff they do have is overworked
- Job security: There isn't much - I have seen people who have worked there for years be fired overnight

Good people but then change management suddenly happened. At one point had to do someone else's job without proper training which went ok. 2nd time they asked me for help I said nope and they got upset about it. Be careful there are some that would buddy up with you to get you to do their job....serve your time here it is good experience but there are better places  that will pay above market rate.

This place has a toxic environment some people complain all the time that they hate the job and want to quit no autonomous system for inventory's the only system is dated from the 90's and you can spend hours looking for one part !  If you like leadership skip this work place!
