A typical day at Thomson Tremblay: Entrepôt de Dollarama was arriving and punching before 7a.m. You have to make at least 15-20 palettes a day and it is not as easy as we think. I learned that you have to put all the heavy boxes on the ground of the palette and lighter boxes going up. I also learned that you have to make sure to put every number section in the right palette, because if you get on wrong, you can have big problems. The management was quite good. Co-workers, some of them were friendly and helpful, others were always mad and whining. The hardest part of this job is to make a palette even when there small boxes only coming to your section. However, you have to wait until bigger and heavy boxes come to make it easier. The most enjoyable part of the job is when there is an hour left to work, because after a long day, you can't wait to be done and it motivates you to push through to the limit and make the most palette you can before finishing.

When I got my job at Dollarama it was because of this agency and it was great but I personally would not recommend this agency because of the poor lack of management I saw while working at their head office

I was 6-7 months pregnant and I was treated poorly and was also told indirectly from the manager of the accounting department that I was not allowed to talk to any one 

I had a breakdown while in my 7th month of pregnancy and decided to take and early maternity leave

I never went back to this agency afterwards

A typical day at work consisted mainly of assembly of the manufacture of different presentation boxes.
I learned to work in a demanding environment and developed my ability handle stress.
The management was correct towards everyone. However, it required more productivity.
The hardest part of the day was unloading trucks.

A typical work day was  mainly consisted  of the following activities: 
- Prepare orders according to store requisitions using an RF laser
- Transport the boxes of articles using an electric pallet truck
-  and Label and pack items according to specifications.
I learned to work  under pressure, work quickly  and driver an electric pallet truck

an agency with bad reputations not good at all, really did-int get what i wanted. bad money average minimum wages. not good some times they sent you to bad bad places.

The job opportunities were temporary and very competitive. The whole atmosphere was lively and very friendly.

Don't expect to be payed more then the minimum wage and do the hardest manual labour actual employee's of the places you're being sent too don't want to do and you will get by...

I've used Thomson Tremblay several times throughout my career and have nothing but positive feedback to give.  They offer a very personalized approach and have a team of dynamic professionals.

Good. It was a fun place to be. Oh gained so much experience there and I was happy with my other work mates. Working there helped me improve my skills as a labourer In the company. They paid as at when due and on time

Very helpful, quick turnaround. Helped me find a job very quickly. I started off as a customer service agent and have now been promoted  to senior coordinator
