As a placement student the work day was use full as worker seeking  to learn and get experience in the Canadas working system.
I learned a lot and I got familiar with the administration work 
the work place is a multicultural but I notice each ethnicity is gathering to gather  and supporting each other.
there was no hardship of the job because I was a placement student and I am not representing any threat to any other staff position, every body was helping me .
the enjoyable part of the job I was satisfied and a achieved what I was looking for with my supervisor's support and encouraging.

During my placement  experience at TNO , I got skills in entering clients  information in  OCMS system , also interacting with different background people ,by making proper referrals according to their unique needs, finally being my placement at LINC setting I assisted my supervisor in organizing different workshops ;including Health Nutrition in Canada, Canadian Systems , and Parenting in Canada

TNO is an excellent way for a student to not only get their hours but it also builds them as individuals with different activities and programs students are able to learn from the obstacles they face and also improve their skills. The most enjoyable part of the job is that you meet people from different cultures and increase your inner knowledge.

provide the best customer service, respectful co-workers,learning about settlement worker job such as filling forms, answering multi line phone, fax, copy, scan, email,and print document.scheduling appointments with settlement workers, and interpretation and translation in some cases.

its hard to go there when there's snow
I learned is how to communicate with others.
my manager was very kind.
my co-workers was very friendly but the same time, very talkative but they are good.
the hardest part is when someone don't actually follow what i said to them in computer.
the enjoyable part is when we plan to have a party.

Having different programs for the youth to drop in for and having the youth centre open for all youth ages 13-24. It's a nice environment to be in, not just for coordinators but for the youth as well.

I volunteer at the Thorncliffe Neighbourhood Office and I assist youth with using the computer, arrange drop in times for leisure activities, and answer phone calls at reception. I also help grade 2 students  learn how to skate at the local ice rink at Leaside.

During my time in TNO, I usually taught children how to play guitar. It was a very good learning experience because it taught me how to talk to different people and deal with difficult situations professionally.

A typical day was serving customers to the best of our ability. I enjoyed working with all my peers and we all had a work relationship bond outside of work that made it much more enjoyable. The hardest part was receiving hours and moving up in the company.

im a volunteer for assisiting seniors' computer class. with my co-volunteer, i have fun to work with them and have a good relationship. we enjoy teaching and assisting those seniors.
