Overall Thunderbolt is an excellent company to work for, pay is fair for the hard days work you do and there can be room for lots of learning. Objectively however there are times where you’re overworked and highly unplayed or feel appreciated. Days become longer when tasks are thrown your way at random occasionally and there overtime conditions are sometimes simply not practical. It’s easy to get along with most people that work here and you’ll get far if you do. Like every company there are bad sides too, for example there definitely preferential treatment depending on what department you hold at the company even between labourers. Often it will feel like the left hand doesn’t talk to the right and getting simple and reasonable requests can sometimes be a long and tedious process of needing to constantly broach the situation with supervisors. Over all as a worker coming to put a day in and work hard it’s fair pay.

Definitely the type of company you want to work for if you like building stuff and find a definite sense of satisfaction in completing projects. Excellent place for learning and advancement, with a solid support structure too. Work is challenging, working in the elements isn't easy, but we have fun, and help eachother out. For me this isn't just a job but I career and I sleep well at night knowing I have a future at Thunderbolt.

Company is growing but growing too fast without an adequate design staff and office support to back them up.  Lots of turnaround.  Manager is angry and loses his cool easily. Collaborative on paper but when it comes to reality not so much.  

In my time with Thunderbolt I enjoyed the very caring culture of the management and how you feel like part of a team no matter what you are doing. There are some decisions that get made that of course I disagreed with but like any other company it is sometimes not personal its just business.

The workers are easy to get along with. The work.is pretty self explanatory.  The pay is good.  The hours are good. Supervisors and management need more assessing.  Some care. Some don't which makes it hard on the ones that ate trying to succeed and want to advance. There is too much favoritism which leaves no room for advancement.  Overall. Not a bad company when it comes to hours and pay. 

Every company has its ups and downs, reason why I work here is we get it resolved efficiently and effectively.

It can be kind of a clique company. Takes time to earn your respect. People are relatively easy going. Strong devotion and good direction! Love working for the company, they treat you like family and most important care for there employees when times become tough

Management definitely needs more training, they are very unprofessional and don’t help guys in the field, zero communication . The work is pretty good for gaining experience but the pay isn’t very good by any means.

Great place to work. Good people, good pay, good equipment. Everyone is super friendly for the most part. Pay is above average and the benefits are good. All the equipment is in good condition and if something is broken they get it fixed right away.

I enjoyed my time with the company. They were quite accommodating and showed their appreciation to workers. There were also a lot of good workers at the company so it was always nice when I was able to chat with them during lunch.
