What is the best part of working at the company?
If you like sitting around. This is the job for you. When you do work you are on the side of the road. Badly managed and only one mechanic for the whole fleet. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The yard boss. It is always the drivers fault. Dispatch is terrible. No communication to drivers if your working are not. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
If your buddy’s with the owner you work. Brown noising is a must in this job with dispatch. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
If you’re working it is good, if dispatch gives you the right directions. Best phone company you are going to a call first.

- Driving Tractor/Truck units to different well locations, or Hot oiling at different well locations for Frack Crews.
- Learned how to be a offensive driver, how to drive in ever changing road conditions and northern mud. How to transport dangerous goods efficiently and safely. 
- Learned how to run Hot Oil systems and multi-burner units.
- Hardest part of the job was the long and frequently changing hours
- Most enjoyable part of the job was the constantly moving and seeing new country and operations

Family-owned trucking company specializing in the transportation of dangerous goods for northern Canada’s Oil and Gas industry.

Reporting directly to the owners, delivered leadership on all HSE process and procedures for up to 80 employees, including updating all programs in preparation for COR Audit, overseeing compliance with Transport Canada regulations, and supervising spill clean-ups.

The owner is the only good thing about that company. His son, who runs the day to day operations on the other hand is a liar and goes back on his word.  And the manger needs to be replaced often. They have very nice trucks to drive and are maintained regularly. They were always fair with pay and hours and had great wages.

Lots of helpful people in the team and management along with dispatch are all superb. Communication is sometimes hit or miss but for the most part it is on par.
Equipment is a little old but still runs in good condition. Lots of work if your a go getter. 

Would work there again for bigger raise of pay and schedule days on n off with overtime/benefits. Like working on own and in secluded areas for longer peroids of time so camp would be an option to consider.

I enjoyed working there. I would do it again if given the right opportunity.
Newer truck and great wages. Always knew your schedule with production work. home most nights

Overall a good place to work. Very busy with great dispatchers, manager and owners. Only downfall is trouble keeping trucks on the road but this problem is everywhere.

Its been a number of years since iv been there but when i was it wasnt bad the work was up and down but thats due to the rapid fluctuations in the patch in the recent years

Had a good experience  working with Tidy, only left to pursue my Trade in Picker operator. Would hire back on anytime made good money and was fairly relaxed on days off needed
