The location was under extreme financial duress.  Day to day operation included dealing with cash flow issues such that making payroll and purchases were under constant constraint.  Staff was also an issue such that a complete turnover was conducted upon 60 days after my arrival.  Sales were increased by almost 75% once consistency could be maintained with front of house staff and the heart of house.

Be ready to work till you drop then have nothing to show for it! 
The management staff at this establishment has a higher turn over rate then most places do for server staff. 
They only hire based on costume fit not ability as well as the fact that you sign a model contract when you start, so if your appearance falters for any reason they have grounds for dismissal. 

Don't waste your time with this company.

Monday's are inventory days. counting of all alcohol etc.. 
Had to come in early everyday and start. and finish late. working 14 hours a day. 
   Hardest part of Job is always dealing with owners always there. managing when they are drinking.
General Manager has a complex. isn't happy with his pay and becomes lazy. the turn over rate is incredible. 
the girls were amazing to train and work with.

I learned how to read guests as well as to entertain them with great service. I would great the guests, provide great customer service, entertain with bar flaring, provide a fun atmosphere as well as get all the customers to involve in conversation. it was an amazing place to work as well as my coworkers were great as well.

Good place to work. Live atmosphere, always fun. Great people. A typical day at work would consist of arriving 30 minutes early, getting into uniform cleaning up, organizing everything, setting tables and greeting and serving guests.

Everyone was in charge of setting up, cleaning, seating, taking orders, taking care of dishes and drinks, organizing parties and events. Long hours could be on your feet for 8+ hours on a typical day. Very engaging and requires a lot of communication.

typical day at work would be come in at 9am, write the prep menu for the day, write up the special for the day. Complete all the prep for that week. Write down all the items needed for the next week. long, long, long, hours 12-15 hours a day.

As fun as it was working there, it lost its flair after only a couple weeks of working there. I did get a lot of hours, but unfortunately it’s hard to ignore the life’s trials and tribulations that some of the girls were going through.

Practical kitchen job managed by owners who are still learning how to run a pub. 

The staff were great and a few managers were wonderful to work with while they were there. The turn over rate was high.

I usually work my shift alone because it is not that busy. The food is great and majority of customers are very polite. Amount of shifts you get depend on how much the boss likes you that week.
