Effective performance is a critical aspect of any process safety program; however, a breakdown or inefficiency in a safety management system may not be immediately obvious. For example, if a facility’s training coordinator unexpectedly departed, required training activities might be disrupted. The existing trained workers would undoubtedly continue to operate the process, so there would be no outward appearance of a deficiency. An audit or incident might eventually reveal any incomplete or overdue training, but by then it could be too late. The management review process provides regular checkups on the health of process safety management systems in order to identify and correct any current or incipient deficiencies before they might be revealed by an audit or incident.

I think that I am among my family and it is a pleasure to work for me

serve customers run around and fill things up make sure everything was there and had a clean workplace and my co workers were very nice and polite we worked together and the harderst part is the rude customers who are hard on you and make you feel bad

Started there a year ago and I have not seen any improvement in the management team and haven’t had one raise still at minimum wage.  I have been at Tim Hortons for almost 30 years on and off and this is the worst I have seen the Tim Hortons treat there employee

it is really to work here good atmosphere If you want to be treated unfairly and picked on because you are not apart of the cliques this is the job for you. Outrageous tip out of 7% very poor management with many being fired for having relationships with servers at this location.

Tim Horton’s was not a good job for me. The hours were not worth the pay. I worked there for about four months and they were fine the first three but then shortly after my pay started to go down and my hours went up.

I would like to be able to obtain a job so iam able to save up to go to post secondary and be able to move out of my parents home and to further my abilities in all fields of work

too stressful, standing there all day and not doing much was very boring.
A manager that hired me left and another came to replace right after was hired gave me a lot of attitudes.

Good staff and management. At the start it was hard at first but after weeks of training you will have a good position and you will have a good service

Good for getting experience. But it's mostly a dead end job. 

Management can be rude and inconsiderate, but what do you expect from a minimum wage job.
