The company comes off as extremely empathetic, engaged  and a culture that cares, they constantly ask for ways to be better but won’t ever actually do anything to be better. Extremely high turnover rate due to upper management, low pay with constant new responsibilities being added to your day without any recognition. No benefits or sick days. No job security if you need a leave for any type of injury or medical or family emergency and if you do you’ll be terminated or demoted. Cult like culture. Extremely low pay for mental health professionals or senior therapists. 



TinyEYE has been great! In my almost 20 years of employment they are hands down the best company I have worked for. The work/life balance  is AMAZING. They are very much a company where they believe a job is what you DO but it's not who you ARE. 

Positions are fully remote and unlike other remote jobs, I've been provided with brand new, right out of the box equipment. Salaries are a bit lower but we get raises every year. 

While there is currently no benefits we do have a good sized health spending account and unlimited paid sick days that require no approval. 

A typical day at TINYeye is very self-driven with only one scheduled meeting a day typically.  
The management is the most driven and enthusiastic I've ever seen as a developer and never "asks for the impossible", always willing to listen but never compromising the companies vision in favor of just getting it done.

The workplace culture is very focused on getting the best product out instead of just the most profitable and it shows.

management and team have huge gaps - team gossips about other members.
cold calling like it is dialing for dollars. Terrible culture and Management.
Family members run the company - each one running one each department. Some talk down to employees which is always a terrible feeling. 

They are always striving to see you grow and they help you grow by giving you all the necessary tools you need! A typical day at work is to start your computer, then grab a coffee and write your weekly wins down. It is great way to start your day 

TinyEye provide online speech-language therapy via a web-based, interactive platform.

This is such a fun place to work, everyone is welcoming and wants to help each other out. I love how the organization focuses on individual and company growth.

Pros: wfh, flexible, quick communication, supportive 

Cons: pay should be more, too much micromanaging, lack of communication between schools and coordinators
