I am well educated, I have a vast array of knowledge & skill, as well as the work ethic to back it up. I worked here on two separate occasions and never in my career have I worked for such a culturless, aimless, unorganized, fully political organization. They have had so many complaints lodged against them, the labor board won't even take any more cases. They have the worst management where a salesman became president of the company and it doesn't end there. The ONLY thing they care about is if you show up, nothing more, nothing less. Its impossible to maneuver within the establishment and those who are in charge have no place to be in charge, a monkey could run the business better. They are in no way a recommended company and I emplor you to stay far far away if you respect your career. Its essentially a sinking ship.

Worst managed place ever. Company rarely promotes from within, has cut wages and R.R.S.P. contributions. Constantly had to fix and make up for other peoples mistakes in a rushed, unsafe manner, with no sort of repercussions for people making mistake and causing needless work. All management constantly micromanages with little to no actually hands on experience. Will string employees along with promises of advancement and monetary compensation to keep skilled workers there, but never follows through with any of it.

Titan is a disorganized mess of a place. Its micromanaged by its president and executive team, who would rather have meetings than fix any problems. The people that work there are amazing and made my time there a joy when I wasnt stressed about unrealistic goals and expectations. There is no room to advance, and there are no raises unless you threaten to quit as well as no promoting from within the company. 

Overall it's a pretty good place to work, for the most part people just come and get their work done and go home. There is some gossiping that can get annoying.

Pros are that the pay is good compared to other companies who are hiring the same position. You also don't pay for benefits which is nice.

Cons are that advancement opportunities don't seem to come up very often, most of the senior staff have been in their jobs for a long time.

There are some good people that work for the company.  It's unfortunate that it is being run by ego and politics. The owner of the company is not engaged so management has no interest in doing what's right. No vision or responsibility taken by anybody within the company.
Mind your P's and Q's and suck up to management and you will be fine.

A typical day felt productive and steady. I learnt the ins-and-outs of order picking and restocking, as well as the inventory/order system used. Management was good, the only gripe I had was that they wouldn't deal with a problematic employee because of the amount of years he had been with the company already, which led to a toxic work environment and ultimately my resignation.

This is a Lift, Dig, Haul, company. Has very busy atmosphere during specific seasons. I learned a great deal about Rigging, Ground Engaging Tools and Transportation Load securement. Learned how to manufacture lifting devices, and tire chains. I seen a lot of management come and go, I enjoyed their presence and learned a lot from each one.

Work life balance is decent, overtime is offered sometimes but it's not required. Most of the people just work their 8-5 shift and go home.

A big pro is that you don't have to pay for benefits. My last company took $200 off my pay each month for a family benefits plan and it seemed similar to what Titan is offering for nothing. I've never seen this done before so it was a nice surprise.

Everyone gets along and if you don't its easy and safe to address. Titan is like a home away from home, everyone tries their best to help you fit in. Its all around a fun, entertaining and work filled place to work. Management is supportive , goes above and beyond to help you get where you want/need to be. just a great team environment!

Better to work somewhere else. This company used to be a very strong company in the industry but have lost a large customer base, they have very good products and very good potential but need to have the right people in place before it’s to far gone.
I hold no hard feelings and hope it can be turned around
