I have been working at Titan for over 20 years and watched it grow from a small shop to an international company. I have seen many new trailers developed  over the years and it has always been exciting to see what is coming next.
Even though it is a big company now the owners still try to be involved on a daily basis to make the company grow and provide a good place for employees to work.
There is no question that Titans are the best trailers on the road and my fellow employees take great pride in the part they play to accomplish this.
I am glad I stuck it out her over the years and made this my career.
When I started I was just out of high school and looking for hands on learning. I found that with Titan and have learned more about manufacturing then I ever could have in school.
I am now in a supervisory role and love to teach others what I have learned in my career.
Thanks Titan for the many opportunities I have been given over the years to learn and advance. 
I would recommend anyone looking for a long term career in a unique manufacturing environment to join our team!

Titan Trailers,
 This company doesn't care about nothing but Money, These people only care about themselves, the Family that work within all level's of the company. There are some long term employee's, but most of the time they are looking for new employee's. At Titan Trailers, Employee's are to buy all uniform's, the tool's that are needed for the job. That's correct every tool that you need to make their Trailer's, THEIR MONEY. You buy yourself, either you buy it through the company, at a mark up of 15%-25%. Not only that if you don't go through the company for your tools, they don't cover it if it breaks, or replace it.
Seen many times during the time there, Employee's owing money to Titan, getting tools taking away, not even get a last pay, every few months a letter to remind them of the debt they owe.
So my advice is I wouldn't even bother, these guys don't care at all about you, the Employee's that do walk in, the Owner watch's your every moved from the golf cart. So if you like to work, spend all your money that you work for, provide all the tools for you to make their Product's. 
Just plain and simple No Way. Never again. Oh you get a Donut once a month. 

If you are an experienced welder and have a "work of art" feel to your craft you will love Titan! The production of the trailers is extremely innovative! The Senior Management Team genuinely care about the people that work for them. Working for a family run business can have many perks and a few challenges, at Titan you are working for a caring, hard working family who support the communities that they work in by providing jobs! This is a company that you come to work everyday with your sleeves rolled up and ready to take on the world! 

I`ve been at Titan Trailers for over 2 years.  Pay is good, benefits are good, people are fantastic.  They have high expectations of their employees because they build the best trailer on the market.  The work is challenging and rewarding.  Training is provided to ensure people are able to build their skills and achieve their maximum potential.  Yes, the hours are long but that's because we`re busy ... very busy.  Its nice to know that I don't have to worry about job security.  Performance Reviews are done annually and wage increases are merit based.  You get out of it what you put into it.  Overall Titan Trailers is a great place to work and I would highly recommend it to anyone who is not afraid to get their hands dirty, who enjoys a challenge and who will show up every day, on time and get the job done.

Titan is a great way to start your career as a welder if your willing to work. You need to go in knowing that you’re expected to have some idea of how to weld and work without constant supervision. The management do not care about you, don’t let them convince you any different, don’t speak out against the company or they’ll fire you well actually they will shun and torment you till you quit because then you just couldn’t handle it and it won’t be there fault. A worker that’s been there 10 years is worth just as much as someone who’s been there 10 days. There’s no advancing your welding career in terms of tickets or anything like that. And its mandatory that you hate all the other departments that you’re not in because there all idiots. 

Been here for more then 5 years. I do something different every day which is what I like best about the job. Like working for a family owned company because it is more like a small company. Feel like I have job security because the company is growing and hiring every year.
I work a lot of OT during the week but I am done early on Friday so I have extra time to do what I want on the weekend. Make lots of money at 1.5 OT rate so it is good because I am buying a house.
The people I work with are great and we get together after work every few weeks for drinks or hockey and play baseball in the summer.
I would recommend working here to anyone that wants an interesting long term job.

I worked at Titan Trailers for almost two years. Honestly, it’s not a great place if you care about respect or fair pay. The management doesn’t really listen to workers — they just push for numbers and speed, even when things aren’t safe or organized. You can work hard every day and still not feel appreciated.

There are some good guys on the floor — real workers who know their job and help each other. But overall, the company cares more about production than people. The pay doesn’t match the effort, and it’s easy to burn out fast.

If you just need some experience or a temporary job — fine. But if you want a career or growth, look somewhere else.

Titan is a poisonous atmosphere to work in. The back stabbing and micromanaging that goes on there will suck the life from you. Your experience and knowledge mean nothing and new ideas are better kept to yourself. There is an inner circle of people that will get rid of you unless you dance to the company's tune at all times. The ownership believes in yelling cursing and berating as a form of management. It is a revolving door unless you are a relative, then you are safe. Never turn your back on anyone or confide in another as it will get you fired.

I worked there for 3 years. It's a decent place to work if all you want a cheque at the end of the week. Titan Trailers is not the place to be if you crave an environment where you can be challenged, learn, grow and then add something to the place you work. 

Titan is a place where management takes its self too seriously. It is as though they see themselves operating this huge company, but communicate on a juvenile level like a "mom and pops" run business. 

Titan wasn't for me and I'm so glad I left.

The worst place in norfolk county to work. Id never recommended this place  to someone I hate let alone someone I liked. Work is ok management sucks royally. New hires get hired on at like 1 dollar less then people who have been there 7 years. Requires wage confidentiality because they dont want you to know they're under paying loyal employees . Seniority means absolutely nothing gives you no reason to stick acround. I wouldnt recommend this place other then maybe a pit stop till you find some place better
