If you do not fit in the clique of people then there’s no point working there. You will feel like a complete outsider, given the worst tasks and be treated like you always did something wrong. When you bring this to management they ignore you. have had a mental breakdown multiple times on my way home. If you want to be treated like dirt this is the place. They will continue to play favourites and give promotions to the “ popular employees” over skill set repeatedly. Location in Red Deer is absolutely disgusting, worst kitchen I’ve ever seen, it has a very distinguishable smell, have no idea what it is but I know it’s not clean. 

The staff is very clique-y. If you don’t fit in a group you feel very left out. They will busy you with pointless jobs like lining baskets or cleaning duties they don’t want to do. Often left shifts feeling under appreciated. Flexible schedules, willing to work around other commitments. Felt like working with a bunch of high schoolers even though they were mid-late 20s-early 30s. Great job if you can fit into their cliques if not, save the time and look else where

As a server, you are responsible at this place for everything. The number of side duties and responsibilities is higher than that of a prime minister. Answer phone calls, great guests because they dont have enough money to hire a hostess, polish, help washing dishes, pack the food for pick-ups and deliveries. I am surprised I didn't have to brew my own beer and cook for my tables when I was on a shift. Tip out 6.5%????? omg....  For what? For doing all the work? 

Constantly changing BOH and FOH management. Absolutely no structure. Nobody has a clue what they’re doing. Poor training for new staff. Old staff is improperly trained. If you ask your managers for help they generally ignore you. They would rather sit in the office watching Netflix or smoking cigarettes on the rooftop patio to care about their peons.

I learned a lot here it was my first job. It was my first work family. They loved me and I loved them it was such a friendly environment to work in. They take time and hire mentally disabled people and help them learn to work! Moral of the story great place love it

Great staff. Owners and upper management are clueless. Seems they are always short staffed and calling you in. The managers will make you feel bad or cut your shifts if you are not always on call.

The management is fine, but could be better. At least the front management is not trying to control the kitchen anymmore which is something that they had been doing before.

Horrible place to work rude managers unfair pay contracts not honoured cooks dropping food on floor and cooking it.... sun standard products owners who don’t care how you are treated by the managers

The owners hire managers for busy season then “fire” them for the fall when it slows down.  They give no reason for termination and they don’t care about you on a personal level at all.  You’re not allowed a day off.
