Favoritism is huge here and if your not in the circle then your always on the outside looking in.

Would give 0 stars if possible

Communication is terrible at all levels

Expectations are completely unreal.

Equipment is run down, and fixed on break down maintenance schedule ONLY

They will coax you to working there say they'll support you and then gladly throw you under the bus the first chance they can. 

Highly recommend AGAINST working here.

A lot of fighting between Formans and laborers
Formans call Larate employees names and joke around and have a good time so inappropriate to the management
Feels like you’re working in 1955 with no human rights
Do not maintain equipment because they cannot get anybody that’s any good to work there for any length of time
 No life for they work every Saturday even when there’s a long weekend you were the Saturday and 5 to 10 Sundays through the summer so that makes for quotes the hard work week
Definitely not my first pick for a job

The only reason I left this job is because of the distance I have to travel each day to get to work in a diesel truck. Other than that I would have stayed. The people there are so easy to get along with and they make sure if anything goes wrong with the truck they will have it fixed asap. meanwhile you are still working in another truck whole yours is being repaired.

Nothing safety person needs to be fired

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Dealing with a dirty safety manager

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Good as long as the safety manager doesn't sneak around behind the corner watching you 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Ok when your out and about no one to bother you

i was almost hospitalized with how sick i was and a few weeks prior i messed up my ankle pretty bad and the foreman was gonna fire me for that i also had doctors notes for both on a thursday in the beginning of december i was told im laid off due to lack of work this coming from a guy that told me right from day one there is always work to be done so yeah i wouldnt

You are a number they don’t care that you have a family, they don’t care about your lives, they want you being there like it’s a privilege.
Horrible place to work

Very poorly run company. There is no organization at all. Management doesn’t talk to each other so the word doesn’t get passed down. It is a power struggle. There are huge egos there and it interferes with you getting your job done. If you get on the bad side of management you are basically ostracized from there.

I sincerely urge you to not work here unless you are wanting to work for the season, make money and then move on. Management is unstable with many good employees leaving the company in recent years.

The only reason I rated this company at 1 Star is that there’s no way to input a lesser number!
Daily direction was vague and lots of wasted time standing around waiting for someone to make a decision!

Employees are overworked and not cared about by management. They do not follow OHNS health and safety rules and overwork employees through extreme weather Worst job experience ever would never recommend to anybody.
