Tonys Pizza Palace

Tonys was a chaotic workplace. The kitchen on weekdays was usually a chill place to get some work done and go home. On occasion management would blow a fuse over something minor but you get used to it. Weekends I wouldn't work there again if they paid me double. It becomes the most hectic place I've ever worked. Easily 3 to 4 times as busy as a weekday. In management's defense they have more floor staff on weekends. But in the kitchen it's the sane number as any other day. This means you're doing triple the work, dealing with loud angry bosses and getting the same minimum wage. The job is very secure however and advancement is slow (3 years from dishwasher to cook) but it's next to impossible to lose this job even if you want to. Management uses direct deposit and pay is always on time but count your hours.

Working at Tonys expect to wait in the back of the restaurant up to an hour unpaid before your shift. The bosses can't handle working in a restaurant and get overwhelmed and start pitching fits yelling at each other in the middle of the weekend rush often and will take anger out on staff aswell if there is any minor mistakes made. The 'wage' they list on indeed is with tips including the base rate is 15 and raises are rarely given if ever. Working in the kitchen you will not get a break, you will be yelled at, the bosses will micromanage you, additionally as a dishwasher they will "move you up" in terms of all the duties you will have but this will not come with any extra compensation. 

The best part of the job was the other co workers, ONE of the owners and the free soda and that’s pretty much it, everything else was horrible. The one owner was great but the other one did not care about his staff at all and would constantly yell instead of talking. If you were sick, you had to come in or else you’d be fired no matter what. Management was horrible and they don’t pay you the hours you actually work, and you have to come an hour early to not start until they tell you, no actual start times or end times for shifts which made it a super unreliable job. DO NOT WORK HERE. 

Great co-workers and job is typically not bad. Hours are alright for the most part but vary between 3hours-7hours. COUNT YOUR HOURS sometimes hours are missing on pay checks. Management isn't great and can often be rude/have outbursts over minor things. Minimum wage definitely isn't worth dealing with the Managers and other work conditions. Resigning can also be an absolute nightmare. 

I opened up working at Tony's the staff is very friendly and everyone is welcoming. The hours where flexible for my schedule and my boss did a lot in order to help me be the best worker I could be. The two managers always tried their best to meet mine and the other staffs needs.

Tonys is an awesome place to grow as a server. When I started I was only 19 and had never worked in a restaurant. I started serving immediately and it was awesome. Been here for 5 years now and we have had many people work here for even longer. Cant say enough about Tonys.

working at tony’s has felt like being with my second family ! all staff is very kind towards each other and interacts through teamwork. management is excellent and extremely caring towards each staff member and their needs. 

2 nice managers and 1 mean.

do not work here!! the management is very intense. they micromanage and get angry instead of helping. you have to come in an hour before your shift, sit in the back, and NOT GET PAID. 

Not saying to much but yeah .. it’s not good and it’s unprofessional. You feel miserable at most times . Wouldn’t suggest it as a dishwasher . And yeah
