Company is growing extremely fast.  It's a very successful aerospace company that gives equal opportunity to all employees.  Management are down to earth and very easy to talk to. The culture is one of hard work with a strong engagement to make the company successful. The hardest part of the job would be handling the workload.  Employees aren't replaced quick enough when they leave so the ones left behind to handle their work are getting overloaded. The most enjoyable part of the job would be the freedom to make decisions and the trust they put into their employees to do the best they can for the company.

The job description was maintenance and servicing of aircraft.

I found this job extremely difficult to do because of lack of training. Coming from the military, I was used to some kind of training course to get you to know the aircraft before actually getting on the job.  With Top Aces, you were put on the floor immediately and had to learn as you go. No guidance from experienced personnel what so ever.

The People, work life balance, Benefits and multiple work locations/cities.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Busy time is month ends, but we have the tools we need to make it stressless

Workload was unmanageable for the number of employees at the time. Their ERP system was outdated. Their Accounts payable process was also outdated, very manual and time consuming . A lot of manual tasks for this day and age. 

Great company that values respect and teamwork. Does its best to balance personal life and work. Offers great support but also values autonomy. Great place to work!

Excellent place to work. Great people and a rewarding job.
It's a perfect mix.  There is a chance of traveling on deployments with the company. All tools for the job are supplied.

Top Aces conducts flight operations. It is a very dynamic and fast paced environment.  Very demanding and must be ready to work under pressure. Very nice and dedicated people.

Was my first commercial job while in school. I learned a lot about the industry's pros/cons and build a foundation that I will carry forward into my career.

No actual stress working at this company

Great aviation business with focus on safety and the people.  Great benefits.  Great leadership.  Expertly managed.  They have it all.  And they have a great remote work policy!
