1.	The fuel-air ratio used should be near that for maximum imep, both to reduce errors in measurement of imep and to reduce the influence of differences in residual-gas content on efficiency.
2.	The four-stroke engine should not have a large valve-overlap angle, since escape of fresh mixture during the overlap period would affect the efficiency of the four-stroke engine to an unknown extent.
3.	Best-power spark advance should be used in all cases.
4.	The two engines should have nearly the same cylinder dimensions and should be run at the same piston speed and jacket temperatures.

Toxic environment.

The management does not care about employees.

You can be trained for higher position but you will not get raise for the work you do.

Supervisors, management have favoritism
No raise or appreciation for workers who were working during Covid-19 and did not pause when several dozens contracted Covid-19.

There is no respect, a supervisor can yell at you in front of coworkers even when they are wrong.

No recognition of outstanding employees or line leaders

Overworking handjack drivers that they end up quitting as they serve more lines.

the place has alot of good decent people there ,but all unhappy with wages, and  the way they're treated .People are Hired and given the high dollar jobs because they know someone even if they never been around any type of produce shed, and then paid top Dollar. Management needs a  hard kick out the door and  a fresh start with people who know how to balance more than the books. The me ,me, me, attitude  is only going to force the employees to drag in a union ,and then maybe the owners will finally see they're Mistakes.

  Sad But True

Plant supervisor dosen't stand up for his employees. The almighty dollar drives the bus there ,no loyalty to employees no matter how long they been there. Employees are good for the most part but upper management runs a smoke screen  for shareholders , Time will eventually tell whos who

There is lots of room for improvement so if you're an innovator and like to build things this is the place for you. The choices as a designer are a bit limited but you get to design things for print, web, digital media, labels, branding and much more. As for Marketing, that seems to be a bit of a head-scratcher as most of the marketing is predetermined by your superiors.

No respect for drivers. Terrible communication between the three dispatchers they have.
Slow trucks for driver’s who are expected too run the states where speed limits exceed 75mph. Makes for a dangerous ride.
Start times vary and you will never be given an exact start time. 

Very fast paced, sometimes get late break when line supervisors get extra rush orders, work slows down often not giving the feeling of job security. Overall Tatiana is wonderful and the line and floor supervisors are great!

Would not recommend this company to anyone they pay poorly and work you to the max  very stressful environment try to keep up at the pace they work you at is not healthy or safe and basically no life with the hours you have to put in to make a very poor living

Topline is a well ran company that encourage people to succeed in all jobs within the company. The knowledge you will learn in this company touches all bases of the produce world. 

topline produce was an okay place to work. The co-workers were good but management could be difficult to deal with and the wages were poor. I worked midnights
