What is the best part of working at the company?
The foreman, always listened to questions and concerns and answered accordingly. Overall just a great work environment.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
You have to be completely accurate in your determination of weather a piece is perfect or bad you don't want to send a company bad supply's.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
The company is welcoming and open and respectful.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
The foreman moves you around so you don't get tired of working at one station, they keep you always alert.

Working here i felt like i was apart of the family not just a number.. Everyone was always so great on all the shifts as i sometimes would come in early to help afternoons shift or stay later for day shift. Only reason i left this job was my dad died in 2007 and i was not ready to go back to work.. just getting back to reality now.. But if you get in here they are great people

I worked at tora for about a year and through that i was still in school so i could take a day off whenever to see my teacher, i took a few weeks off for vacation witch was no problem to management what so ever and even though there was some downsides it was a great experience

A typical day of work would be punching in and going to the working station. From there I would unpack the crates of parts and begin to inspect them. When done inspected all of the crates we would reload the empty ones and replace them with new crates.

It takes most of the day because it’s 8 hrs a day. The work is dealing with machine parts so it was hard because i had to carry heavy weights by the time i get home all my body hurts . 
But they pay enuand the manager was really good , they provide breaks.

Working at Tora Inc was an amazing experience. They are an incredible family friendly company and has a proven track record of being flexible and working with its employees. If you help them, they will help you. 

Great people that work there but got fire cause i miss two day within first three months . after i worked a full shift. Enjoyed working there. But theres a reason the have alot of turnover.

It was nice to work there love my colleges but it's fiscally hard work and long hours on your feet but will go work there again if I need to very hot in the summer in there

Managers are very understanding with each employees schedules with regards to school and personal lives. Always maintain a very relaxed but hard working and productive environment.
