It's a bit of a tough job, but the hours fly by with a good work atmosphere, and it's nice to work at the stadium.

It's a bit stressful when the stadium is really full, and there's a lot of work to do, but we have a good team and manager, and we all support each other.

The work environment at the company is supportive and collaborative. We have a strong team spirit and a positive atmosphere where everyone helps each other. The management is approachable and encourages open communication, making it a great workplace.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
A typical day for me at the company starts with a team meeting. After that, I might be mopping or sweeping, depending on my assigned role. We walk around the stadium to check for imperfections before the doors open. Throughout the day, we stay alert to pick up any trash. We also interact with the fans since it's a big stadium, and they often ask for help. Luckily, we have small info sheets and maps that help us provide better information to the fans.

What is the best part of working at the company?
Some nice people. Clean toilets.  Near a subway.

The random way things are done. Zero consistency.

Inconsistent

I can't wait until its over. Boring and disorganized doesn't begin to describe it lol
Nice customers who arent really getting value for money and I felt bad for them.
 Disgustingly overpriced  except for cheap hotdogs night

nothing is stress for me because i find everything good while working here

doing my job with honesty and trying to improve my self day by day

Flexible schedules, that's it.

Alot of Karen's during Jr. Jays Sundays 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Alot of favouritism and butt-kissing from other colleagues. We all work a dollar above the minimum wage, yet we got some folks who like to "act" as if they're above everyone else. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Hectic. They only give MVP cards to their favourite employees.

Where to start? At the top is best I guess. It's difficult to describe the many ways in which the Rogers Centre has crafted and continue to support such utter poison in an organization. There is nothing professional about any of the people managing the operation and clearly no background or experience in managing people and simple processes. A bunch of inexperienced teenagers were handed the keys to the building and told to do something they're clearly not capable of doing. Stay away.

Canada's team!  It's super cool to be part of that family!

Giveaway days are hectic but people who miss the giveaway get angry sometimes.

It's a place based on creating fond memories for fans.

Fantastic!  The fans and employees share a special bond.

The best part is the supportive team and endless opportunities for growth and development.

The most stressful part is balancing multiple deadlines at once, especially during peak project periods.

If you enjoy baseball you will love this job especially as a usher for the blue jays the fans either make or break the experience and some managers can be a bit rude for no reason other then that good work environment. As long as you are there for a good time you'll have a great time.

A great place to work always with baseball games and various events it's always changing and great co-workers. On the downside is there is room for growth in some departments.

The Rogers centre is great place to work. The manager are very friendly. If you are Blue Jays fans, you would love to work they. The hardest part is long hours, plus you have to work over night for the concert happening here.
