Pearson was a fast paced place to work at. Overall it was a good place with nice management and great coworkers. I was always busy working and the time went by really fast .Working for Pearson International Ltd. was my most challenging job that. I really enjoyed going to work and interact with people from so many different cultures and having to deal with so many different issues. Before starting working there we had attend training lessons that were very informative and helpful for what we will had to face at a day at work. As I see it in this kind of workplace you can only experience,challeging yourself and trying to do your best in order to communicate and find the best solution whenever is needed .

a typical day at work is getting store orders for example macleans and gathering everything they need and putting them in metal cages that are used to distribute the products to them. I learned to be more attentive and multi-task when more work has to be done in the warehouse to keep it up to date. Management is fair and listens to both sides of the story when an issue occurs in the workplace example being late for work, bringing up a wrong product to a store, etc. The hardest part of the job is pushing the metal cages throughout the airport, unloading skids of pop, magazines, chips for the warehouse to replenish it. The most enjoyable part of the job is work alongside with co-workers also seeing how stores run on a busy day.

While working at Toronto Pearson Airport for Air Canada I learned that a smile can change anyone's day. No matter how hectic or stressful the day got, I always smiled at passenger's, coworkers, and other workers of the airport. A typical day included check-in, special assistance, or arrivals. Every day there was something new to learn. The hardest part of the job is explaining to passengers their flight cancellations; especially in the summer and winter when there are constant weather changes affecting all the flight's. The most enjoyable part of the job was seeing the stress of check-in leave the passenger's faces as they excitedly walk towards security ready for their trip.

A typical day at work consists of engaging with passangers to ensure a safe and timely arrival. Also providing sufficent security to comply with the needs and demands of Toronto Pearson. Through my experience I've obtained a strong understanding of the airports high standards it holds for all employees and sufficent knowledge of its routes and terminals. I've also amassed a strong reputation and knowledge of working alongside and with passangers to comply with their needs. Working with co-workers of different ethnicities has been a learning and wonderful experience. The challanges of the job helped to provide a drive and willingness to learn and adapt to new challanges.

My typical day at work how to prioritize schdedule my day.
I’ve learned from experience that if you work harder at it, and apply more energy and time to it, and more consistency, you get a better result. It comes from the work. The action an organization’s culture may be one of its strongest assets or its biggest liability organizational culture is an effective control mechanism dictating employee behaviour Culture is often related to increased performance Organizations which have a rare and hard to imitate culture may enjoy a competitive advantage. The hardest part of the job is waiting.  To work in team

Thay are focusing everyone to get the covid vaccination. Guys who have worked there for 20 plus years are getting walked out with no pay.  Not offering a package to the guys who stayed strong through this pandemic but offered a package to the guys that ran away during the beginning of the  Pandemic. These hard working men are going to lose their house. Thay don't care about you! You're just a number to them. Toxic work place !!!  Do yourself a favor and find somewhere better to work. It's not worth all the politics. # Pearson strong what a joke. 

Overall its a very busy place but there are some passengers that would make your day and others that would turn it upside down. Employees are kind in there own ways, but I enjoy working with my employees.  I've learned passengers only react with certain actions and comments because they are panicking about missing their flights or just tired. Management is not the best and the hardest part of the job is putting up with rude passengers that don't follow instructions. The most enjoyable part of my job or the employees I work with and going home after a long day of work.

Work was typically pretty busy which was nice because the shifts tended to go by quickly. Would take orders, hand them out to customer, clean the dining area, help in the kitchen if and when needed, clean and stock up near the end of the day, inventory. Since it is fast food, you had to learn to work quickly but still efficiently. When it was slow, my coworkers were fun to talk to and made it more bearable. Some management was too overwhelming and unnecessarily aggressive at times.
