The technical support specialist is responsible for technical 
support of hardware, software and classroom technology to
TREB staff. 

The team lead of Network/System Administrator is knowledge, 
resourceful and helpful. The management is well established,
organized and piloted. Most of the co-workers are friendly and
cooperative.

The hardest part of the job is when networking devices break down or lost connectivity and the end user urge to rush for the job to get done in a very short time frame.

The most enjoyable part of the job is having time to play badminton game together with colleges.

A typical day at work started with a lot of technical support phone calls.
I had learned how to coordinate with internal department staff and with external business partners or solution providers.
Co-workers were friendly and fun to work with.
The hardest part of the job was tight deadline especially during annual billing season, need to produce invoices and letters on an accurate/error free and timely manner.
The most enjoyable part of the job was creativity and problem solving and data analysis.

I was hired for a newly-created role  that allowed me to establish, develop and manage an integrated government relations / public policy advocacy / public affairs division for one of the largest local business organizations in North America.

It allowed me to hone my professional abilities and skills in one of the most enjoyable roles I have had in my career.

The whole company has around 100 employees and they all play dirty politics because they are working for atleast 15 years on the same role and they got rust in their mind. 

Management is like royal family, be ready to please them whenever you find them.

I enjoyed my time working at treb. Good company to work for. Excellent work/life balance. Building is well-maintained. People are friendly and complimentary coffee.

Overall good place to work. I loved the team I was working with. Onsite gym, cafeteria, lounge and coffee machine. Hours are 8:30 am until 4:30 am which is good for work/life balance.

So much fun. I worked this even 4 years in a row. We set up at the Toronto Convention Centre. a typical event day consisted of setting up vendors and assisting in the show

As an individual contributor  who two brokerages and had little interaction with the Toronto Real Estate Board or an other level of organized real estate.
