The most enjoyable part of the job was working with the students and helping them improve their English skills. 
The hardest part was not really being able to give struggling students their accurate results because the school seemed more concerned with everyone getting a certificate "on time" than actually helping the students sentence their English skills. 

It didn’t take too long to realize that nepotism runs deep at this establishment. Unfortunately the pay was on the lower side considering the amount of work required and it seemed to be quite toxic the work environment. Place could use better management and the building could use a lot better maintenance, it is very old and not well taken care of.

terrible experiences, anyone student a little bit complains will cause  big trouble to teacher, even the student never write any assignment or say rudely to the teacher, the teacher must try to make the student laugh and happy. 

If you really want to be a good teacher and like teaching, don't go to there.

Managers needs to improve their soft skills. Friendly people around. However , a lot of staff turnover. The goals wasn’t clear enough . Lock of communication from management. All of these situations made the job challenged. 

Friendly workplace and great place to start/advance your career as there are room to grow within the company. However, workload tends to get overloaded and hard to maintain work-life balance. Pay and benefits can be improved.

I have a few businesses that I run, the management is flexible and accommodating of the tight schedule that I run. No pressure to commit specific hours and usually quite adaptable to emergency situations. Overall great place to work. 

Do not work here. Bad employer who do not actually care about teaching their students. It's all about collecting tuition fees and nothing else. Do not apply.

I love working at TSoM. The company is growing and offering many opportunities to staff members of all levels. The team is great and there's a sense of community. The management is also very supportive and kind to all employees.

I really enjoy working at TSoM. There are great opportunities to grown and move within the company. Management recognizes team members at all levels, and promote an open environment. 

A very chaotic place to work with. Higher management is very hard to reach. No support from your boss or any other person during the transition period. Worst place ever I worked in my 17 years career.
