What is the best part of working at the company?
Solid group of people to work with, they leave you alone & let you do your job and overall a good experience

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
It is what you make of it. Get lemons, make lemonade. There were supply & pricing issues at times, but nothing major.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Not bad amongst the staff. There were some chinks in the armour when it came to leadership & support from upper management.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Worked a sales territory so dealt alot with larger orders, pricing issues, bookings, travel, deliveries.

Working for Total Tire is the greatest job experience for changing tires and doing tire work if you are into that kind of thing. All in all it is a great work place to be attending to and the job always gets done. The men who work there are tough and do not let anything get in there way which is what a lot of job accusations require.

They couldn’t even afford a forklift and make you do everything man powered which if an auditor came in they would fail miserably. 

They under pay their staff and when it comes to have higher ups on site they are more worried about their numbers then their employeess safety. I highly recommend you don’t work here. 

The first time i was there was great but then i was let go so the edmonton branch manger could hire his girl friend.I was asked if i would comeback and i did to find out his girl friend left him and he overdosed on the job and started to call everyone names and head office did nothing will i work there again not if the branch manger is there they suck

Very fast paced management really.pushes work on you if you don't take a lunch or break you won't get.one not really a company that takes scheduling amd time-frame and appointments seriously management doesn't treally.care.about how.hard the employee is getting worked

If you get a job here when its busy you won't receive many breaks because it will be over booked and besides between jobs and maybe a half hour for your lunch. And when it's slow the owner will either send you home or make you sweep the shop. The other guy that runs the shop is very nice and wont over book

This is a fast past environment that is very physically demanding as well as still maintaining a positive customer service to your clients.  We work well as a team to get all the jobs done in a high quality and fast manner

Move and organized tires in warehouse, organize shipments of tires, great staff lots of fun to work with. Hardest part was some heavy days but felt good to work hard, best part was the staff we always had fun.

Easy job with some chaos thrown in every once in a while.
Some days there were an handful of orders, others had the orders non-stop.
The warehouse was very easy to navigate and find tires and accessories 

Management was amazing.  Very understanding and helpful.  They really care about their staff.
